Our first time at this hotel four adults on half board. On our arrival 2130hrs we were welcomed by Yusif on reception who processed us quickly and efficiently, he told us some cold food had been put aside for us as dinner service had finished (this had been done without us asking). Once we had put our bags in our rooms we headed to the dinning room and again greeted by another member of staff who brought us a full meal (salad, breaded chicken breast and jelly and fruit). We headed off to explore our rooms which were spotlessly clean with crisp bedding, complimentary tea/coffee etc a shower too die for with again complimentary hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Our first full day brought yet more surprises with breakfast you could not want for anything more, from continental, full cooked, cereal and fruit with tea, coffee and fruit juice. Evening meal was again out of this world. bread, cheese, meat, salad bar, hot counter with a fresh cooked griddle with a friendly chef, then the sweet/ desert bar. Fresh fruit, canapé style cakes, jellies, ice cream with an array of toppings and sauces. Every evening is different to a degree with themed foods from around the world. The outside area with the pool and lounger area is again spotless with comfortable seating for evening entertainment or daytime socialising. The pool is very nice too cool off after a day out or indeed if you like to spend the day in the sun. It is impossible to single out certain members of staff for commandment as all staff that we came in contact with were so very attentive and focused. All are an absolute credit to the hotel. Wo fange ich an? Ich lege nicht all zu viel Wert auf Bewertungen eines Hotels, ich mache mir lieber mein eigenes Bild, da die Ansprüche ja doch immer unterschiedlich sind. Aber leider, kann ich einigen der (negativen) Kommentaren vor mir zustimmen. Vorweg: alles in allem ein Hotel, was total OK ist. Mehr aber auch nicht. Unser Zimmer war sauber, mit Meerblick und einem sehr gemütlichen Bett! Dafür leider aber auch sehr sehr klein. Aber von Anfang an: Ankunft war um 8 Uhr morgens, unser Zimmer war noch nicht fertig, total in Ordnung. Wir wollten nach der nächtlichen Reise gerne frühstücken, da wir aber offiziell noch keine Hotelgäste waren mussten wir hierfür 13€ p.P bezahlen. Nach einem Late Check Out haben wir ebenfalls direkt gefragt, da unser Flieger zurück erst spät am Abend ging und laut Website „Late Check Out“ möglich war. Die sehr unzuvorkommende Antwort an der Rezeption lautete: Können wir nicht versprechen und erst am Abreisetag wissen. Na toll! Wir haben extra einen späten Flug gebucht, mit der Option zum Late Check out. Als wir das kundgetan haben sagte die Dame von der Rezeption uns „dann sollen wir mit unserem Reiseveranstalter sprechen, dann würde es da falsch drin stehen, dass das möglich wäre.“ Sehr frustrierender Urlaubsbeginn. Wir haben uns nun erstmal in der Region umgesehen und kamen zurück zu 14 Uhr (Check In ab 15 Uhr). Wir fragten noch mal freundlich ob unser Zimmer vielleicht schon fertig ist, war es nicht. Kein Problem. Wir haben in der Lobby gewartet (kleine Lobby, wir saßen dort alleine- also schon sehr auffällig). Dann kam keine Reaktion des Personals, auch nach 15 Uhr nicht. Um 15:10Uhr haben wir dann nochmals nach gefragt, da hieß es „Ja klar ist das Zimmer fertig“….. da haben wir von einem 4* Hotel-Service irgendwie erwartet, dass man den offensichtlich wartenden Personen Bescheid gibt. Naja! Alles in allem war das Essen immerhin in Ordnung. Frühstück deutlich besser als das Abendessen. Bei Halbpension nicht mal ein Wasser zum Abendessen inklusive, wird alles zusätzlich berechnet. Getränke am Pool können per App bestellt werden, sehr gut. Lage sehr schön. Liegt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens PMI, fanden wir aber überhaupt nicht schlimm, eher total interessant. Das weiß ich ja bei der Buchung auch, wenn ich sehe wo das Hotel liegt. Parkplätze mit viel Glück vorhanden, aber nur in den umliegenden Straßen. Also ein kleiner Laufweg muss ggf in Kauf genommen werden. Fazit: Wir werden nicht noch mal in dieses Hotel kommen. Da haben wir woanders für dasselbe Geld einfach schon viel mehr Service, besseres Essen usw gehabt.

Stayed June 2025 for a week away from the families! We have stayed many times before, but most recently in 2019, so were curious to see how the refurbishment had worked out. We were blown away by the changes. The restaurant, lobby, rooms, pool and pool bar have had more than a face lift. The use of space and a modern feel is so much better than before. My favourite new thing was ordering beers on the app from the sunbed!! It was so great to see so many staff from 2019 still working at the hotel. The team are so friendly and really want you to have a good stay. I would recommend the massage with Luk, book in early or before you arrive if you can! We didn't use the gym (!) but that has been totally transformed as well. The variety of the food in the buffet and for breakfast was great. We found something to eat with no issues and sometimes just had the salads as they were so well done. It could be difficult to get a sunbed if you're not at the pool by 8:30/9am. Some people were leaving towels on the beds and not returning until the afternoon. It is difficult for the hotel to police this poor behaviour by a minority I think. Not sure what the rule is for changing your pool towel, but that felt like it wasn't as good as before when you paid a deposit. But it didn't ruin our holiday of course! We booked one of the Balinese beds as a special treat towards the end of the holiday which is a nice extra. We had such a great time and met some lovely fellow travellers who were enjoying the hotel and its relaxing vibe. Before we left, we booked our return holiday for 7 days in June 2026 ! Thanks to everyone who helped make our stay so fabulous. See you next year for our annual rest and relaxation!

Ein wunderschönes "Adults only" Hotel mit einem modernen Eingang, bequemen Betten, wunderschönem Ausblick aufs Meer. Das Frühstück mit tollen Eierspeisen zur Auswahl, nach Möglichkeit unbedingt Halbpension buchen oder einfach abends dort essen gehen, denn das Buffet ist wunderbar, tolle gesunde Auswahl und leckere Gerichte inklusive einer Flasche Wasser im Preis inklusive. Die Zweierliegen am Pool sind mega bequem und das Hotel sehr sauber. Wir kommen wieder! Übrigens rechts nur 9km entfernt ist Palma und bis dahin eine tolle Laufstrecke und links nur 5 km entfernt die Partymeile, aber da bin ich nur vorbeigelaufen. Ganz nah am Flughafen, somit perfekt! Danke für alles.

Très bon séjour ! Hôtel idéalement situé juste en face de la mer, dans un quartier calme et résidentiel tout en étant à deux pas des restaurants et commerces. Les plages sont accessibles à pied et Palma ainsi que l’aéroport sont tout proches. Le rooftop avec bassin et vue sur la mer est un vrai gros plus ! On peut également faire de belles balades à pied ou à vélo depuis l’hôtel, le long du bord de mer. Un grand merci au personnel pour son accueil. Mention spéciale à Yusuf, très serviable, sympathique et attentionné, ainsi qu’à Cheikh, toujours disponible et gentil 😊 Seul petit bémol : le passage fréquent des avions, qui peut être gênant au début lorsqu’on est sensible au bruit.

Stunning hotel in a fantastic seafront location. This is a stunning hotel right on the seafront. As soon as you walk into the lobby, it has a real wow factor. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a complimentary bottle of water on arrival. There's also a small fridge in the room, which is handy for keeping drinks cold. The pool area has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. The big question is always... were there any sunbed wars? Not really. There was no need to get up at 6am and queue to secure a sunbed. Although the pool officially opens at 9am, people started placing towels on beds from around 8:30am. If you head to breakfast at 9am, you shouldn't have any trouble finding a bed. It did get busier as the week went on, so it's worth seeing what it's like on your first day. The hotel has a policy of removing towels from unattended sunbeds after 30 minutes, but I never actually saw this enforced. I noticed several beds left empty for most of the day, which really needs addressing. One woman reserved four sunbeds every day and was the only person using them until around 4pm. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and a slightly different selection each morning. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, so I can't comment on the evening meals. The pool bar serves great food at reasonable prices. We had the nachos, which were €12 and came as a huge portion. I'd definitely recommend eating there during the day. Drinks were also reasonably priced, with beer being cheaper than at many of the nearby restaurants. Now for the downsides. The hotel is only around a nine-minute drive from the airport, which means it's directly under the flight path. If your room is at the rear of the hotel, expect to hear planes taking off throughout the day and night. There was also a dog barking regularly during the night, which became quite annoying. Housekeeping starts around 8am, so you'll hear cleaning trolleys moving along the corridors. Our room was at the beginning of the cleaning route, so we had a knock on the door at around 8:30 every morning. Putting the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door solved that problem. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the nearest restaurants, so be prepared for a short walk if you want to eat outside the hotel. There are some fantastic places to eat and drink nearby, although many restaurants offer very similar menus. If you're looking for lively sports bars showing live football or other events, this probably isn't the resort for you. Getting into Palma is easy. The number 35 bus takes around 30 minutes and costs just €4 return for two people, making it excellent value. The historic Sóller train is an absolute must-do. It's a beautiful railway dating back to 1912 and is well worth the trip. Do not use the arranged transfer from the airport. The hotel is just 9 mins in a taxi at around €20 so don't sit on a bus waiting. Overall, we had a lovely stay. It's a beautiful hotel, lovely staff in a lovely, relaxed resort, and we'd happily recommend it.
