Experiencia muy decepcionante. Desde el primer día queda claro que el hotel está orientado casi exclusivamente al turismo francés. Las actividades, la animación e incluso la atención al cliente están enfocadas a este público, hasta el punto de que en muchas ocasiones resulta difícil ser atendido en español. El supuesto “todo incluido” tampoco es lo que parece. Muchos cócteles no están incluidos y los que sí lo están son preparados por máquina, con una calidad muy baja y un sabor prácticamente idéntico entre ellos. La comida del buffet es, sin duda, uno de los peores aspectos del hotel: poca variedad, repetitiva y de escasa calidad tanto en desayuno como en comida y cena. Además, los horarios son muy limitados (comida de 12:30 a 14:30 y cena hasta las 21:30), lo que dificulta disfrutar de las excursiones y de la isla sin tener que estar pendiente de regresar al hotel. Tampoco tienen sentido los horarios de las instalaciones. La piscina cierra a las 18:00 h, cuando en Fuerteventura aún hace sol y calor. El spa dispone de un horario para adultos, pero no se controla y siguen entrando niños, por lo que es imposible disfrutar de un ambiente tranquilo. En definitiva, un hotel con servicios por debajo de lo esperado, una oferta gastronómica muy deficiente y una clara orientación a un único tipo de cliente. No volvería ni lo recomendaría.

Reception was clean and staff were friendly, though check-in could have been more thorough — a physical map would’ve been helpful. Food was typical all-inclusive: decent but often bland and overcooked. Breakfast sausages could be improved. Soft drinks were good, but machine-made cocktails tasted overly sweet. There was a noticeable upsell at times, which felt a bit off-putting. The hotel is secluded with beautiful views and little nearby in terms of restaurants or bars — perfect for a quiet break. The beach is a short walk away, gorgeous and peaceful, with two nice beach bars. The walk back uphill with a buggy was manageable but steep. We used the local transport bus to visit shops about 20–25 minutes away — very cheap (€2.80 for two adults and a baby), though there are no pavements to reach the stop. There’s also a supermarket about 5-10 minutes away with good prices and baby items, unlike the hotel shop which was very expensive (€14 for nappies). Our room was clean and well maintained, a bit dated and not very sleek looking. Staff were lovely, especially Sara who was absolutely lovely and an asset to the team!! also a fair-haired male member of the entertainment team who made a real effort to include us despite most activities being in French. Entertainment was largely French-speaking, but we enjoyed the magic show and karaoke. Overall, the staff were fantastic and made our little boy feel very welcome.

Krásný hotel v klidné lokalitě, doporučujeme! Vše vypadá úplně stejně hezky jako na fotografiích. Pokoje jsou čisté, uklizené a v našem případě s hezkým výhledem na moře. Stravování v tomto hotelu je rozmanité přes hamburgery, ryby až po velký výběr pečené zeleniny. Také velký výběr skvělých drinků v rámci all inclusive. Velice oceňujeme práci animátorů i číšníků, kteří nám vše ochotně překládali do anglického jazyka, i když se zde nachází turisti převážně z Německa či Francie. Děkujeme Gábi za profesionální fotky a Davidovi za ochutnávku kanárských specialit, která nás potěšila. Cesta z hotelu na pláž trvá cca 10 minut, na pláži je minimum lidí. Oceán čistý s nádhernou tyrkysovou barvou. Tento hotel si zaslouží hodnocení 5/5, protože má vše, co k dovolené potřebujete.

Mixed feelings about this place. I read other reviews that ranged from 1 star upto 5 stars. Word of warning and something that doesn't seem to be advertised but this hotel is aimed more at the French market. Evening entertainment is all French spoken, many of the staff speak mainly French and very little English. Overall the facilities are good, rooms are a little tired especially our bathroom. But it was comfortable with air-conditioning and a big bed. Be warned the site is on a hill side with the main facilities and reception at the top. Our room/apartment was at the bottom of the complex and its about a 5 to 10 minuate walk to the top, not massively steep but steep enough. The main food area was always clean and plenty of free table while we were there. Food was typical food for feeding large numbers of people on a buffet style all inclusive. Good selection of food if your not fussy ranging from stew, fish, steak, pizza, burgers, salads, cooked meats, various deserts and icecream. Our biggest complaint was the bar after 6pm. There only seemed to be one bar open which was in the entertainment area, it was under staffed and there was a half hour que to get a drink and the area was very loud and busy. Great if you want that, but if you want a quiet area to sit, drink and chat at the end of the day you wont find it here. What you will get is a loud Butlin's style entertainment in French. This really let it down for us. If we had known this we would of chosen a different resort as we speak a little Spanish to be able to get by, but not French.

The staff are great, the food was great in my Favourite club, definitely worth upgrading to this. The rooms are big, bathrooms are ok id say a 3 star. Bedrooms 4 star. About a 15 min walk down to the beach, not ideal for people with disabilities as lots of hills to walk up down. Beach is stunning.

Overall for the value everything about this hotel is excellent! The staff are patient, hard working and kind. The location couldn’t be better. The views are once in a lifetime, the beds are clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff works hard to keep our sandy rooms clean. HOWEVER I would say where this hotel severely lacks is food quality. It was extremely repetitive, when food is changed it somehow all still tastes relatively the same. The meat was low quality, dry and not cooked not well. I personally had stomach aches the entire week of my stay and as soon as I got to the airport and ate food not from the hotel, it stopped. For some reason the food served here did not agree with me. There are many periods of time where the food ran out and is not replaced in a timely manner(sometimes 5-10minutes) and sometimes not restocked. Plates and bowls struggled to be stocked several times where bowls were out. I would not recommend this hotel if you’re looking forward to eating well. You won’t eat well here. The rooms are also in need of renovations, the bathtubs are full of patchwork and the painting throughout the rooms are bubbling from moisture or just peeling. (Room was clean and comfortable but just aesthetically) On a positive note, I did not receive one dirty look or have a bad encounter with any of the staff. Reception, cleaning crew, animators, kitchen crew, all hard working people who are patient with all the drunk and rude tourists. Hotel is well run and they work hard to keep it clean. I just couldn’t take the food. Other clubs had much better tasting and quality food options available for the same price.
