We are staying at the hotel now and are truly enjoying our vacation. The view of Coral Bay from the lobby, the pool, and the dinner restaurant is simply stunning. It brings a real sense of peace and happiness. We also love that there are several swimming pools – one with music and two quieter ones – so everyone can find the atmosphere they enjoy. The food has been delicious, and we especially enjoyed the Greek music evening. The staff are kind, friendly, and always happy to help with any question. Thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so enjoyable!

We had a bit of a bumpy start to our holiday, but the staff at Theo Sunset Bay Hotel were exceptional and quickly turned things around for us. The hotel itself is very clean, with plenty of quiet areas to relax, sunbathe, and take in the beautiful sea views. The location overlooking the bay is stunning, and the sunsets each evening were amazing. Coral Bay is only a short distance north and well worth a visit. The food was delicious with lots of choice throughout our stay. Breakfast in particular was excellent — bacon, beans, sausages, fruit, cereals, and a great selection of breads every morning. We were spoilt for choice. The bar served everything you could want, including locally made Cypriot ciders, which was a nice touch. There was entertainment on each night, which added to the atmosphere, and the housekeeping team were outstanding throughout our stay. There are also plenty of restaurants and mini markets nearby. We did have a hire car, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, despite the rocky start, we had a lovely stay and would happily return.

A great location for the hotel with truly charming sea views, especially during sunset. The hotel is situated between Paphos and the well-known Coral Bay beach in the area, though we actually preferred nearby Laourou Beach. The bus stops right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient if you don’t have a car. The front desk staff were helpful and happy to share information about excursions worth visiting in the area. The bar staff, on the other hand, could have been a bit friendlier. The food selection overall was sufficient — everyone could find something to their taste.

Very disappointed with this hotel. I stayed for 5 nights with my two children (6 and 2 years old), and I came home more exhausted than when I arrived. The mattresses and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Instead of a proper baby cot, our 2-year-old was given a folding bed with a very thin mattress, so we had to let him sleep with us. The double bed was actually two single mattresses pushed together, leaving a gap in the middle where he kept slipping. We also asked to change rooms because of the many stairs, which made access very difficult with a stroller and luggage. We were promised a response the next day but never heard back. The sunbeds were always “reserved” with towels by 9 a.m., making it almost impossible to find a place by the pool. Finally, the nearby beach is not suitable for families with young children. Swimming is marked as dangerous, and the beach is mostly rocky. For the price we paid, I cannot recommend this hotel, especially for families with young children.

Generalnie uważam, że jest to bardzo dobry hotel, jeżeli ktoś spędza większość czasu nad basenem, nad morzem albo potrzebuje bazy wypadowej. Pokoje - przynajmniej w tym bocznym budynku - potrzebują już odrobiny odświeżenia. Na ścianach w niektórych miejscach widać zacieki, kafelki czy fugi w łazience też już nie są pierwszej świeżości. Przed balkonem na trawniku leżały śmieci, a w pokoju znalazłyśmy zapalniczki po poprzednich gościach. Na szczęście to jedyne mankamenty w naszej opinii. Okolica hotelu jest przepiękna, baseny świetne (zwłaszcza ten dolny - niezatłoczony), obsługa przemiła i zawsze pomocna. Przepiękna roślinność dookoła, całkiem nieźle zaopatrzona siłownia i kotki biegające po całym hotelu. W wyżywieniu HB nic nam nie brakowało, można było skomponować różnorodne, smaczne posiłki. Jeżeli ktoś oczekuje luksusu i złotych klamek, to radziłbym znaleźć coś innego, natomiast jako bazę wypadową do zwiedzania Cypru i odpoczynek przy basenie polecam serdecznie 💗

The hotel was very nice, good location 👌. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly 👍. The service at the bar was very good especially Zoe , food at the bar was 👌 perfect. The gym, swimming pools and all whst is offered is great. All in all I am going to be returning here again next year as my stay was perfect. 5 stars to Theo Sunset bay hotel.
