I've been to many five-star hotels, but this one is special. It's not just the beautiful historic building it's the people. Every single person working here made us feel truly welcome. Their smiles were real, not the fake hotel smile. They genuinely care, and you feel it. The food is on another level. The chefs at Al Hubara restaurant are incredible. You can taste the love they put into every dish. I'm not even a dessert person, but their Umm Ali had me hooked. I looked forward to it every single day. The gym is perfect for anyone serious about training, and the beach is clean and peaceful with a net so you can swim without worry. We first stayed here last year, and for the first time in our ten years of traveling together, my husband who always insists on trying new places agreed to return to the same hotel. He didn't just agree; he was the one who suggested it. That is the magic of the Sheraton Grand Doha. It has not only maintained its brilliance but has become even better. We are leaving with full hearts and profound gratitude to every single person who turned this vacation into a cherished memory. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.

Our family stayed here for the duration of Eid in May and had a fantastic time. The facilities from the restaurant, gym, pool, and beach facilities are some of the best in Doha - which makes it our favorite hotel in Doha on my many visits there. The hotel is centrally located in the middle of the city with really nice beach access. The rooms have great views of the sea and the inside of the hotel - shaped like a pyramid - gives it a very open, relaxed and welcoming feel. Service is also very friendly and helpful. They are responsive to our needs and everyone has a smile on their face. We extend our gratitude to the hotel staff for helping our family create so many great memories for our holiday!

We stay at the hotel quite frequently, Atrium lounge is the worst experience during our stay. We sit and we wait for long time just to give the order. Waiters there are not welcoming and they are having a hospitality issues. After a while, we get lucky and they come to check on us like if we had ordered already. Anyhow, we place the order, it takes ages for the order to arrive. For example, we ordered a French coffee with some cake. They deliver the coffee first, it gets cold while we are waiting for the slice of cake that is ready in the fridge and it should be served immediately. We had to ask for the cake again and we waited some more time. Finally the cake was delivered. However, the coffee is cold now. We were not able to enjoy the coffee with the cake and now we are not able to enjoy the cake with the coffee. Also, I would like to add a comment on the team that presents/deliver the food to our table, clearly they are not trained to serve anything at all, they don't know where to place the glass or the water bottles. I was sitting there with my wife, the waiter came to serve the water, he didn't bother to ask for whom is the still water and for whom is the sparkling water. So, we he did is that he kept two empty glasses in front of my wife and two bottles of water in front of me. Like I said, I come to the lounge multiple times. The staff/waiters they have no clue what milk that they are using for the milk based beverages, I had to ask them multiple times and they told me an incorrect information. Till one day, I found the head chef, he was so friendly and he explained to me and corrected the incorrect information that I was told. Those staff/waiters they are Arabs like me, but they are having difficulties understanding Arabic or English. SHERATON is big name owned by a big name (MARRIOTT), those staff are ruining the whole experience.

A perfect getaway for solo as well as for couples, friends, and families. The place is very low-key, and I absolutely loved the vibe, a traditional vacation spot that’s quiet, clean, and relaxing. The reception staff were very friendly. Muhammad accommodated me with everything I needed and made my stay even more comfortable. Chef Younes and Chef Jagdish prepared delicious food that’s truly worth the visit. The pool café is very close by, so they’ll come to you in a heartbeat. This was my first visit to the Sheraton Resort, and it definitely won’t be my last.

A hotel with an excellent location, high standards, clean, with professional services. The staff never says no, always tries to accommodate guests, and is very well trained. I would like to especially praise Kristine and Amina for their kind approach and the thoughtful surprise they prepared for us. It was the staff who made us feel valued and truly enhanced our entire vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Hotel. We stayed for one night to celebrate our son’s first birthday, and the whole experience was truly lovely. All the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated the thoughtful complimentary arrangements and little surprises they provided for our son’s birthday. It made his special day even more memorable for us as a family. Even though it was only a one-night stay, we genuinely enjoyed every moment and felt very well taken care of. Thank you to the entire Sheraton team & special thanks to staff Aya for making our son’s first birthday so special. We will definitely remember this experience fondly and would love to visit again! ❤️
