We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Salva Beach! The hotel left a very positive impression with its clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful sea views, and high level of service. We would especially like to highlight the Italian restaurant and its waitstaff. The service was excellent — the staff were very polite, attentive, and professional. Special thanks to the waiter Shahob, who was extremely friendly, detail-oriented, and always ready to help with menu recommendations. He created a warm and welcoming atmosphere and made every dinner truly enjoyable. Employees like him make a stay truly memorable. Many thanks to the entire hotel team for the great service! We would be happy to return again and highly recommend Hotel Salva Beach to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with outstanding hospitality.

A fantastic stay at Hilton Salwa We have enjoyed our stay in a beach villa at this hotel. We went for the all inclusive package and it worked really well for us (two adults and two teens from Europe. We stayed for 9 nights and enjoyed every day. We arrived at around 20pm and after check-in and being shown around in the beautiful villa we decided to head for a quick buffé dinner at Souk. We were well looked after by Karen, and the following morning Beth ensured we always had water and coffee despite deciding to sit outside on the terrace (which not many people do). Breakfast continued to be lovely and the hotel expanded the breakfast to other areas to ensure not too many people were in the same area all at once. Our villa wasn’t too far from the main hotel but some are located around a kilometre away. This can be great for privacy and tranquility but as we like walking we enjoyed our villa being slightly closer to the hotel and only a brief stroll to the waterpark. The access to the waterpark has been amazing to entertain teens (and adults). Msabah ensured we were welcomed and explained everything to use. This is a super safe waterpark with a lot of lifeguards. The rides are great and varied. We also enjoyed the fast food at Telal as our lunch - served by a super friendly team at this outlet. Dinners - on the all inclusive we could have the buffé at Souk, ala carte at Dante or a set (varied) menu at Levantine and the sports bar. At Dante we were often served by the lovely Jessicah, Nazarene and Abdulkhaftz and this is how we noticed that staff here are very personable in addition to their service-minded and professional ways. These lovely staff always come with a smile and great little conversations to put a smile on any guest’s face. This is of course in addition to a great menu. A place well lead by the Manager. Levantine is a Lebanese restaurant and we really enjoyed everything about it. We were slightly worried as we have a very picky eater but they could cater for all of us with ease. The setting is like a beautiful square and we were well looked after by Tun. We never went to Miss Wong as it wasn’t included in the all inclusive. It’s a shame as I am sure it is a great restaurant. An option to get more AI guests to go there could be to include a discount for these guests. Nor could we go to the sports bar as no under 18s allowed there, but I think that is a place to hang out at if you want some after dinner drinks. Our villa was well looked after by Chakra and Janes. And they decorated beautifully for our 20th wedding anniversary and my 50th birthday. Every inch of the place was always spotless and this is quite a job with the 4 of us staying and spreading out in this massive place. The gym was modern and well equipped. There was a massive football court but we ran out of time to use it. Same for the tennis courts (but good to know you need to hire rackets or bring your own). Great facilities to keep in shape. This was a great place to celebrate both my birthday and our wedding anniversary. Things to do for the teens, relaxation by the pool and good options for eating. What makes this place stand out is the personable staff and how they manage to cater for many cultures and ways of life.

I had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were well maintained, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights of my stay. There was an excellent variety of fresh and delicious options, including hot dishes, pastries, fruit, cereals, and beverages. Everything was well presented and constantly replenished, making for a fantastic dining experience. A special thank you to Isimbi, who provided exceptional service throughout breakfast. Isimbi was warm, attentive, and always greeted guests with a genuine smile. They made sure everything was perfect, checked in regularly without being intrusive, and went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt welcome. Their professionalism and kindness truly made the morning even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent hospitality, a great breakfast, and outstanding customer service.

We had an amazing dining experience at Souk Kitchen, and a huge part of that was thanks to Chef Javid and Chef Deepak. Both chefs went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, taking the time to prepare delicious dishes and ensuring everything was perfect for our family. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality made our meals truly memorable. The food was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. It’s clear they take great pride in what they do. Thank you, Chef Javid and Chef Deepak, for making our stay so special. We look forward to returning and highly recommend Souk Kitchen to anyone visiting Hilton Salwa!

We had another wonderful stay at this beautiful resort with my family, and it certainly wasn’t our first visit. That alone reflects how much we enjoy coming back. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, exceptionally clean, and the service is consistently outstanding. We also had a great experience at the restaurant. The food was excellent, and the service was professional and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Shahinaz, the Restaurant Supervisor, for her warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care in ensuring we had a memorable experience. Her excellent service truly made a difference. Thank you to the entire team. We will definitely be back again and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable family getaway.

Dobrý den Hotel super ,jsme zde momentálně na jarních prázdninách,škoda,že v době Ramadánu jsou omezeny služby,ale zase na druhou stranu je tu málo lidí což nám vyhovuje Všichni milí,vstřícní,jidlo velmi dobré,velmi mě zaujalo,že Generální ředitel je náš krajan, a dle dostupných informací ,velmi schopný manažer což je zde vidět,přeji hodně úspěchů a v ČŘ budu jen chválit,do středy si to zde ještě užijeme Petr Dynka s rodinou
