We stayed at Electra Metropolis Athens with my partner for the weekend and overall it was a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Athens and within walking distance of all the main attractions. There was no need to rely on taxis at all, which made getting around extremely easy. Our room with an Acropolis view was absolutely stunning and truly memorable. As this was our first time in Athens, staying here really made the experience even more special. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, one of the best we have slept in at a hotel. The mattress quality really stood out and I would genuinely love to know what mattress the hotel uses. The only slight downside was the spa experience. We were not informed in advance that a reservation was required, the jacuzzi water was cold, and because we visited in the evening and the spa closes at 8 pm, we felt a bit rushed rather than relaxed. Overall, this is a minor issue compared to the quality of the hotel. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Electra Metropolis Athens, especially for a first visit to the city.

What an AMAZING hotel!! Cannot fault this. The only thing I would say is that there were NO umbrellas for shade by the pool. Otherwise, the staff was helpful & friendly & the location was spot on. Just one street from the shopping strip "Ermou".

My spouse and I recently enjoyed a couples massage, and it was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and beautifully designed, allowing us to completely unwind the moment we walked in. The massage therapists were incredibly skilled, attentive, and professional, ensuring that every detail was perfect. The experience exceeded all of our expectations. Every ounce of stress melted away, and we left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely relaxed. The staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel comfortable throughout our visit. If you’re looking for the perfect spa experience, whether for a special occasion or simply to treat yourself, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The couples massage was truly unforgettable, and we will definitely be returning. Five stars all the way!

An amazing hotel with excellent, kind, and pleasant service. The dining room offers delicious food with a wide variety and an incredible view. The hotel is in a perfect location near Ermou Street, close to many great restaurants and attractions. We also visited the spa and the heated pool, which were absolutely wonderful. Our stay was also during Greek Independence Day, and all the streets were filled with people and a festive atmosphere. There was also an amazing air show in the sky, which made the experience even more special and enjoyable. I’m sure I’ll come back again, a hotel I truly recommend ❤️

This place is the perfect location for central Athens. Rooms are spacious, the staff and the reception is very welcoming. Also the rooftop breakfast is amazing as well as having lunch and dinner is great food. The bar, cocktails, rooftop pool. ALL THE STAFF are very polite and are there to serve you. We been there 2 times and definitely will not change hotel. It's a must stay. Great experience. Highly recommend it.

Ich gebe nur 3 Sterne, weil für ein 5 Sterne Hotel ist das Frühstück mau! Jeden Tag das gleiche, die Freundlichkeit des Service im 10. Stock ist von sehr freundlich bis deutlich gestresst, als ob ich als Gast froh sein sollte, hier zu sein, obwohl ich Hotelgast bin. Die Aussicht beim Frühstück ist atemberaubend, aber auf deinen Kaffee wartet man halt länger. Abends für einen Cocktail ist die Atmosphäre getrübt. Zuviel sehr laute Gäste aus der westlichen Hemisphäre verhindern das und offenbar kommen Nichthotelgäste nur für Fotos in die Bar. Und das Poolliegen-Management ist abschließend eine Katastrophe. Beim verlassen des Poolbereichs werden die Handtücher nicht abgeräumt, die Liegen bleiben „besetzt“ Das können andere 5 Sterne Hotels besser
