Hotel bardzo fajny faktycznie odnowiony w zeszłym roku. Pokoje czyste przestronne codziennie sprzątane. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne-nie ma do czego się przyczepić - tematyczne codziennie inna kuchnia. Fantastyczna obsługa w hotelu - Panie recepcjonistki, kelnerzy bardzo pomocni wytłumaczą nawet tym co nie radzą sobie z językiem (w recepcji jedna polka). Nasza zmiana animatorów przesympatyczni a Lukas robił największą robotę człowiek wulkan energii i mega sympatyczna. Najwieksze brawa i uznanie dla Pani menadżer Sabiny - polka to jest odpowiednia osoba na odpowiednim miejscu - organizacja pracy w hotelu 10/10 - czuliśmy się zaopiekowani. Hotel 15 minut taxi do portu, jedzą też autobusy. Blisko sklep czynny 24h gdzie można kupić wszystko co potrzebne i prezenty. Jedyny minus to niestety codzienna rezerwacja leżaków ale to akurat robili wszyscy nie tylko polacy. Jeżeli chodzi o Itake polecam jedynie jak kupowaliśmy urlop w opisie była wanna z prysznicem - w tym hotu nie ma żadnego pokój z wanną do lekkiej zmiany. Natomiast Pani która czekała na turystów na lotnisku z ramienia Itaki (firma z Cypru-polka tam mieszkająca) fantastyczna, pomocna i przesympatyczna. POLECAM HOTEL

I'll start with the positives: - Excellent, large central pool, with a steady shallow gradient from one to the other (like a Zanzibar beach) - great for children. - That cental pool zone also seems calmer and cleaner than similar hotels; possibly because eating around the pool is prohibited and lifeguards keep good order - great. - Rooms clustered in small blocks giving a genuine village feel, as advertised, which creates a pleasant community feeling. - Room interiors recently renovated, well appointed with modern finish, and thoughtful practical features like a partition screen (with sliding door) between parent and child areas. - Extensive entertainment and kids club program, with a friendly and humorous team. - Hot & cold buffet food is decent, with plenty of variety. - Second snack restaurant with terraced garden overlooking sea (and little kids' playground) is very pleasant. - Gym not as bad as prior reviews suggest. Would definitely benefit from more equipment but at least has bench & free weights (dumbbell rack), which isn't shown in hotel photos. Negatives (just one): - Main outdoor pool open only from 1000-1800. Understandable for secondary indoor pool but not the main one. Yes, with dinner starting at 18:30, maybe the 18:00 close is justified but, with breakfast open from 07:30, this pool should be open much earlier. With nothing to do between breakfast & 10am, it's particularly frustrating with kids. -- It's not a 5-star destination but offers great value and I would sincerely recommend, particularly for families.

Wakacje z biura podróży. Hotel okazał się być doskonałym wyborem. Przede wszystkim to NIE ogromny, kilkusetpokojowy budynek tylko spokojny, stupokojowy położony przepięknie nad morzem. Nasz apartament składał się dwóch pokoi oraz łazienki i tarasu. Codziennie zmieniane ręczniki i sprzątanie. Klimatyzacje działały bez zarzutu. Posiłki bardzo smaczne, urozmaicone, codziennie tematyczna kolacja. Co ważne - brak kolejek podczas posiłków. Snack bar oferował przekąski pomiędzy posiłkami: nugettsy, hamburgery, sałatki. Napoje w barach alko i bez alko. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. Menagerka - Sabina wciąż obecna w hotelu i dbająca o gości. Wielu Polaków pracuje w hotelu. Basen hotelowy przestronny, fakt- goście rezerwują leżaki przy basenie ręcznikami. Ale zdecydowanie wolałam korzystać z leżaków na słonecznym tarasie wychodzącym nad morze i pokonać 100 metrów do basenu. Plaży przy hotelu brak. Jakieś 200 metrów w bok jest zejście do wody. Dobrze, że są falochrony bo duże fale. Woda bywała zanieczyszczona mikrokawałkami plastiku. Dlaczego? Hotel położony przy przepięknej promenadzie wzdłuż linii brzegowej. Zapewnia także animacje dla dzieci i dorosłych. Całe szczęście wszystko kończy się do 23. Więc jeśli ktoś szuka całonocnej rozrywki to nie jest hotel dla niego. Położony w cichej okolicy, jakieś 300 metrów sklep oraz przystanek komunikacji, skąd można dojechać zatrudni do centrum Pafos jak j na plażę Coral Bay. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i z chęcią wrócilibyśmy do Eleni.

Where to start with this one, I have been going on holiday for 30+ years and can honestly say hands down this wasn’t the greatest, the rooms are clean and well maintained, the food is ok, with plenty of choice, if you like lots of others standing on top of each other to be served this is for you. The drinks on the all inclusive package are absolutely terrible, you can’t even get a pint to enjoy with your dinner, it’s a half plastic cup with flat Beer. (Not good) Kids ice cream lasts half a day everyday, then they have none, slushy always needing refilled. Bar staff and waiters are very helpful and try their best with what they are provided with. Pools - horrendous, no space at sides everyone has towels on sun loungers from 6 am onward everyday, some beds being kept for large families. Constantly.Some beds have towels all day and no one comes near them until dinner time. (Which is wrong) Entertainment is ok but nothing to write home about, some shows where ok others terrible. They also have an open back end to the hotel which leads direct to a public path (no beach) this is roughly 1.5 miles away walking, from closest beach. Anyone can enter straight into the back of the hotel as not inclosed, which if you have kids is very worrying! Hand on heart this is not a 4 star hotel in anyway, more like a 3 star hotel This hotel would suit couples and adults but not really for children. Would I recommend it? No, but each to their own. For £3000 for 10 days you can get far far better. Weather roasting everyday, closest shops about 10 mins walk “Refresh”.

First time for me and my husband at Eleni Holiday Village in June. Lovely hotel, clean, calm, friendly. Beautiful pool that was actually lovely and warm. Is it heated does anyone know? Rooms cleaned and beds changed every day. Food was varied, plentyful and very tasty... something for everyone, breakfast was excellent... all the usual fry up stuff, as well as every bread, meat, cheese, pastry, cereal, fruit you could wish for. Friendly guests (no chavs). Friendly staff. We are not really into day time hotel entertainment and we spent almost every day out of the hotel. But it was the perfect base to explore Cyprus, and the perfect setting to come back at the end of the day and relax. The only thing we did find disappointing was that the rooms have 2 single beds pushed together instead of 1 double bed. We also want to say thank you to the catering, waiting and cooking staff who work so hard to keep the restaurant clean and the guests fed. We would come back xxx

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The food was varied, plentiful, and very tasty throughout our stay. Breakfast was a particular highlight, with a great selection of fresh produce, freshly baked bread, made-to-order omelettes, fruits, and cheeses. One evening, we were offered the opportunity to dine at the taverna by the sea, which was a lovely experience. We were served a huge and delicious meze, and the beautiful seaside setting made the evening even more memorable. The local drinks were also very enjoyable, especially the Keo beer and house wines. Ice cream and snacks were available throughout the day, which was a nice touch. The hotel offered a wide variety of activities suitable for guests of all ages and interests. The pool was excellent, and the entertainment team did a fantastic job keeping everyone engaged. All members of staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The only aspect I did not particularly enjoy was that all of the evening entertainment took place in the basement. In my opinion, it would be much nicer if the shows and activities were held outside in front of the taverna by the sea, where guests could enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others.
