We had a really enjoyable stay overall and would happily recommend this hotel for a relaxing break. The rooms were very comfortable and well presented, and we appreciated the good standard of cleanliness and space. The food was another highlight, with a varied selection each day that kept things interesting and offered something for everyone. There were just a few areas where the experience could be improved. Service for drinks was a little inconsistent at times, both poolside and in the dining areas, which occasionally disrupted what was otherwise a very pleasant atmosphere. We also noticed that sunbeds were often reserved very early in the morning, which, while fairly common in many European resorts, did make it more difficult to find a spot later in the day. The layout of the loungers also felt quite close together, which slightly impacted the sense of space and relaxation. In the room, while overall very comfortable, there were a couple of small points worth noting. The adjoining door was not lockable, and the main door could not be secured from the inside. On two occasions, staff entered without prior notice, which we felt could be better managed for guest privacy. That said, these were relatively minor points in what was otherwise a very positive stay. With a few small improvements, this hotel could offer an even better guest experience.

Un véritable coup de cœur pour le TUI BLUE Shehrazad ! Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans un hôtel superbe, propre et parfaitement entretenu. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme et l’ambiance reposante de l’établissement, qui permettent de profiter pleinement des vacances. Les chambres sont confortables, la plage et les piscines sont magnifiques. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Une mention spéciale à Nizar, Bilal, Baha et Shayma pour leur professionnalisme, leur disponibilité et leurs petites attentions qui font toute la différence. Shayma, avec son beau sourire et sa bonne humeur, a particulièrement marqué notre séjour. La restauration est variée et de qualité, avec un choix qui permet de satisfaire tous les goûts. L’équipe d’animation est au top : des animations variées, dynamiques et une belle énergie qui apportent encore plus de plaisir au séjour. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et l’envie de revenir. Merci à toute l’équipe du TUI BLUE Shehrazad pour ces beaux moments. Un hôtel que nous recommandons sans hésitation ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Fantastic Holiday at TUI BLUE Scheherazade We have just returned from an absolutely wonderful stay at TUI BLUE Scheherazade, and I can honestly say it exceeded our expectations in so many ways. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly the amazing staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went out of their way to ensure guests had a fantastic experience. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel valued throughout our stay. The food was fantastic, with an excellent variety available every day. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, making every meal something to look forward to. A special mention must also go to the iced coffees, which were absolutely exceptional and quickly became one of our favourite treats during the holiday. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, with high standards maintained throughout the entire property. Whether it was the restaurants, public areas, pools, gym, or our room, everything was spotless and clearly very well cared for. The gym facilities were also excellent, being clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything needed for a great workout. A special mention must go to the poolside staff and lifeguards, who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. The lifeguards worked incredibly hard setting up the sunbeds each morning and regularly moving the parasols throughout the day to ensure guests always had shade from the sun. The poolside team were equally attentive, frequently checking if we needed drinks and making sure we always had bottled water available throughout the day. These thoughtful touches made relaxing by the pool effortless and really demonstrated the hotel's commitment to exceptional customer service. There were only two small areas where improvements could be made. Firstly, the selection of non-alcoholic drinks could be expanded. It would be wonderful to see options such as non-alcoholic wines, gins, and Prosecco available, along with a dedicated non-alcoholic drinks menu in both the main restaurant and bar areas so guests can easily see all the options available. Secondly, it would be nice to have a designated non-smoking area during the evening entertainment, as non-smokers currently have little choice but to sit amongst smokers while enjoying the evening atmosphere and shows. Other than those two minor points, this was an amazing holiday from start to finish. The exceptional staff, fantastic food, incredible iced coffees, attentive poolside service, immaculate cleanliness, and excellent facilities made for a truly memorable stay. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be returning with our family in the future. Thank you to everyone at TUI BLUE Scheherazade for making our holiday so special. I have to say this is one of the best hotels iv ever stayed in. I really cannot fault this hotel. My daughter and I gave just returned from our holiday here, from start to finish the staff made this stay amazing. The greeting when we arrived was really good, as we arrived late they made sure we had something to eat, which was brought to our room, also my daughter lock on her case was damaged when unloading from the plain, they helped us to access her cloths. Nothing was any trouble for them. The food was amazing a great many options to chose from, the puddings well what can I say they were the best iv ever seen. All the food was laid out in such an amazing display, it was really hard to chose what to have. The puddings are to die for 😉. The outside pool areas was spotlessly clean, the lifeguard was amazing he laid out our sunbeds, gave us 2 covers for comfort, a table, pillow & umbrella which during the day he moved around so as to keep us in the shade. The pools were amazingly clean. The toilets was cleaned many times during the day. The shop was well stocked and the man who ran it was so lovely and helpful. The poolside staff made sure you was looked after bringing you drinks, and plenty of water to keep you hydrated. The photographer was really nice took some brilliant photos for our memory’s. My daughter used the gym, she was more than happy with the facilities, again cleaned frequently. I really cannot fault the was we was looked after during our whole stay at this amazing hotel, I will miss definitely be returning. All staff polite and smiling, making sure you have the best experience possible. The only thing I can honestly say that was disappointing was there was not a lot of choice for none alcohol drinks, and I wish there was areas for smokers and none smoking in the evening. If I could give this hotel and staff 10 stars then I would simply amazing thank you to each and everyone of you for making our stay amazing ❤️

Ein von außen eher unspektakulärer Bau lässt, sobald man durch die Eingangstüre tritt, keinen Wunsch offen. Uns erwarteten so viel Gastfreundschaft und ein perfekter Service. Die Anlage ist super sauber. Ein reichhaltiges Buffet, sowohl Frühstück (mein Favorit Eier Benedikt und Meloui), aber auch Mittag und Abendessen bieten für jeden Geschmack etwas. Die Snackbar überrascht mit tollen kleinen Gerichten und das buchbare Restaurant (einmal pro Aufenthalt inklusive) Culinarium ist ein absoluter kulinarischer Genuss. An den Pools bekommt man Kissen, Matten und Cocktails (nicht nur den süßen Grenadine Kram, sondern richtig gute Cocktails). Und das wird einem gebracht. Wir hatten ein wundervolles Strandfrühstück exklusiv. Wer seiner Liebsten oder seinem Liebsten mal eine Freude machen möchte, damit gelingt es sicher. Die Zimmer waren immer sauber und alle waren sehr bemüht. Natürlich darf ein bisschen Trinkgeld nicht fehlen, aber das ist auch absolut gerechtfertigt (aber kein muss). Wir hatten zusätzlich ein Massagepaket welches sehr zu empfehlen ist. Unser absolutes Highlight allerdings war der nahe Strand und die fantastische Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer im 3. Stock. Wenn früh am Morgen die Sonne am Meer aufgeht fühlt man sich wie im Paradies. Die Animation ist abwechslungsreich aber nicht aufdringlich und sehr nett. Das Abendprogramm ist schön und kurzweilig aber auch gut vom Zimmer aus zu genießen. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Hotel (Erwachsenen Hotel).
