Sea View Hotel

Due to unseen circumstances, my husband and I had to book at the Seaview for 2 1/2 weeks as I was hospitalized in Glyfada. My husband raved about the hotel( and he is not normally that verbal)… When I was discharged, I finally got to see what he was talking about. The hotel is absolutely wonderful -mostly because of the staff, the manager(so helpful and kind) , all the main desk staff were awesome , housekeeping, food service people, chef… The hotel was so clean, the rooms were perfect for what we needed, we absolutely loved the lobby… everyone playing cards, and games. A beautiful and inviting ambiance . The restaurant was Lovely, eclectic …breakfast was amazingly Delicious… The wait staff were wonderful . We were close to everything we needed to be, and we were so very lucky to have chosen such a fantastic hotel with the most Wonderful staff!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you… you made a difficult unforeseen situation into a beautiful memory.

Επιβεβαιωμενη κρατηση μεσω γνωστης πλατφορμας και πληρωμενο καταλυμα. Εμφανιζομαι τη μερα του check in σε κλειστο καταλυμα. Ενημερωνομαι οτι το καταλυμα ειναι κλειστο λογω ανακαινισης (ασχετα που φαινοταν ακομα διαθεσιμο προς κρατηση στη γνωστη πλατφορμα). Μου αναφερουν, αναμεσα σε αλλα πως προσπαθησαν να επικοινωνησουν μαζι μου, αλλα δεν ειχαν τα στοιχεια μου (!). Μου αναφερουν, αναμεσα σε αλλα πως δεν φερουν ευθυνη για το συμβαν, και οτι τα χρηματα μου τα εχει κρατησει η γνωστη πλατφορμα. Παραπλανητικες τακτικες, κακων επιχειρησεων. Ταξιδευω συχνα λογω εργασιας αλλα και αναψυχης, θα αφηγουμαι το συμβαν σε φιλους, γνωστους και αγνωστους ως τη χειροτερη μου εμπειρια με καταλυμα μεχρι σημερα.

We booked this hotel for two reasons: the pool and the promised “Sea View.” As it turns out, both were better in the brochure. Let’s start with the “Sea View.” There isn’t one. The only sea view was in the hotel’s name. The pool closes at 7 p.m.—just in time to stop anyone from actually enjoying it after the shopping or walk. Not that many would want to, because the water was so cold it could qualify as an Olympic training facility. The bathroom looked like it had survived several decades, complete with a lovely drain smell that never checked out. The glass bathroom door deserves an award for making sure everyone wakes up if one person needs the toilet at night. Breakfast was fine… every single morning. If you’ve seen Monday’s buffet, you’ve basically seen Friday’s too. The air conditioning is controlled by reception, so your comfort depends on someone else’s opinion of room temperature. We experienced both winter and summer within the same day. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean, but that’s like praising a restaurant because the plates were washed. For the price, we expected the holiday that was advertised. Instead, we got a masterclass in creative marketing. The photos promised paradise; reality just politely waved at it from a distance.

A wonderful hotel with a true heart! The entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel like I was visiting close friends or family. They thoughtfully upgraded my room because it was my birthday, which was an amazing gesture. The service and cleanliness are top-notch. What truly makes this place unforgettable is the wonderful staff—a lovely older Greek lady who took care of my room gave me the warmest hug and the most beautiful life wishes when she heard my story. Such pure, genuine hospitality! Highly recommend! 🏨❤️🇬🇷

Beautiful hotel within walking distance to the beach. It has an elegant and peaceful feel to it with friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are spacious and very modern with a balcony. Very comfy bed. The downstairs has an area for you to relax inside and outside with comfy chairs and lots of plants. The breakfast is really good - loved the feta and tomato eggs. Available at an extra cost for €16 euros per day. The pool is very nice with a bar area outside and a button on the sun beds to order food and drinks. We had some drinks and snacks while sunbathing and it was so relaxing! Probably more suited to adults than children. The only slight negative is the pool doesn’t open till 11am. The hotel is very well run. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Lovely hotel which we really enjoyed. Great breakfast.. Only downside was the road noise which is loud with idiots racing but at all hours. Pool closed until 11am was an odd one too when it was high 30s even at 0900 which is when it would have been good to have a swim.
