日本から到着したら某サイトからの4泊の予約が取れていない事がわかり、パニックになりましたが、フロントのスタッフが信じられない位親切で、その日泊まれるホテルをその場で探して予約してくれ、さらに、次の日から3泊は空きがあった為に予定通りにpam hotelに宿泊できるようにしてくれました。 とかくアジアンである私達は残念ながら未だヨーロッパでは嫌な思いをする事が多い中、本当に本当にフロントの彼等は親切で、フレンドリーで、忘れる事のできない旅になりました。チェックアウト時に会えなかったのが残念でなりません、お名前を聞くのも忘れてしまいました！しかし、いつか日本に来たいとおっしゃっていた素敵なお兄さんと、とてもcuteだった娘みたいなお嬢さん、本当にありがとう！あなた達の優しさは決して忘れません。私達家族はあなた達のおかげでニースが大好きになりました！

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. A special thank you to **Andrada**, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. She always greeted us with a smile, was very helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her exceptional customer service truly made our experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back!

Une barmaid exceptionnelle ! Julie es accueillante et d’un grand professionnalisme. Elle met tout de suite à l’aise avec sa bonne humeur et son énergie. Les cocktails sont excellents, le service est rapide et toujours réalisé avec le sourire. On sent qu’elle aime son métier et qu’elle prend soin de ses clients. C’est un vrai plaisir de venir prendre un verre quand elle est derrière le bar. Je la recommande les yeux fermés, c’est une véritable pépite !

We stayed in the Nice Pam hotel for 6 days. The staff were very pleasant and professional. Location was good, close to the train station, boardwalk, etc. However the rooms were poor, there were stains on the bed sheets, (Which they replaced right away) layer of dust on the floor under the bed. (When you have kids, you know things fall and roll under the bed) & the AC had a bad smell coming out of it to the point where we rather deal with the heat over the smell. They have a night club/lounge at night which gets noisy at night and you can hear all the music and people screaming at 2:00am They gave us x1 night refund due to the AC issue, which was nice. Overall, staff were pleasant, but rooms need some more attention.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The entire staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A special thanks goes to Nicolas at the reception. He was professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. His kindness and excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable and left a very positive impression. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

An okay hotel located in a good location. The location of the hotel is brilliant, approx. 10 mins from a major tram stop, Republique, and near the Nice Ville train station. Perfect for days out to Nice Town and to other South of France town such as Menton and Monaco. The hotel itself is good, like other reviews said it does need a refresh, it’s not outdated in furniture but the paint and walls is showing wear and tear. The beds are comfy and the air con is pretty cold and always set on 18c as default. The water temp of the place is temperamental as well, it takes a while to heat up in the sink but the shower is fine. Tv in room is pretty slow with YouTube and netflix, this could be due to a slow connection on the tv. The phone connection to the WiFi was fine. Breakfast was very limited everyday and barely any variation. Handy water fountain by the lifts. Our room 423 had a slanted window which meant we could hear the rain patting down on it loudly during the nights. The location area has some good spots for a bite to eat and cheaper than nice town.
