Beautiful hotel on the coast The staff at the reception are extremely helpful, attentive to your every step. Room was tidy and regularly cleaned, and the bed was comfortable. the food in the restaurant is well prepared and tasty, and the choice is so varied that you taste something new every day. In the hotel are several different facilities, from tennis to swimming pools. They also have a beautiful children's playground. This hotel is an excellent destination for everyone who comes to Paphos, couples, parents with children or the elderly.

Second time staying here (third if you count Anabelle next door, same owners). First time child-free and this time solo with a 6 month old Kids' Club / Creche - Exceptional staff, very low staff-child ratio (it was 121 when we were there). The staff are very warm, attentive and child-focused and available on WhatsApp. Handover is effective with communication of when fed/slept/changed. Lena, Ruth, Ruby-they were all great. Dawn, the baby sitter, was brilliant too. Restaurant staff: Great staff such as Milen (who has been there for years) and Veronika. I have a severe nut allergy and I really appreciated Milen always remembered and all staff were very quick in bringing the high chair and attentive, especially as I was alone. "Baby Go Lightly" - hotel have complimentary service where you can order travel cot, baby bath, play mat, bouncer and steriliser. Note - They no longer do an evening Buffet, it is a la carte in one of Almyra or Annabelle restaurants

Our long weekend staying at the Almyra hotel was perfect! Location is great, steps away from the seashore promenade with every possible restaurant and bar, the room was convenient and spotless clean, and above all, the staff was super kind and friendly, especially Eleni, a lady who served us at breakfast and made us feel as family. We highly recommend this hotel.

We were truly impressed by the professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness of your team. The hotel facilities were excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing and elegant, and the overall guest experience exceeded our expectations. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful pool areas, the hotel's location, and the high standard of service provided throughout our stay. Your team played a significant role in making our anniversary celebration a special and unforgettable experience.

The overall impression is of a boutique property with a beautiful aesthetic that hasn’t quite kept pace with its five-star billing. Minor standout are its front of house staff (reception, bell service, and the restaurant manager in particular) whom create moments that remind you what hospitality can feel like. The adult-only section is a thoughtful touch. That said, for a property positioning itself at the five-star level, several things fell noticeably short. Housekeeping repeatedly entered the room without adequate notice (despite door sign) and didn’t retain preferences despite multiple reminders which is a basic expectation at this tier. The gym was genuinely surprising: broken glass and worn equipment are simply not acceptable in a luxury context. The pools are attractive in design but cleanliness needs attention. Noise also proved to be an issue with really thin walls that made the family areas audible throughout, working against the relaxed atmosphere the hotel clearly aims for. With investment in staff training, facilities upkeep, and the finer details of guest experience, Almyra could absolutely deliver on its promise. Right now, it appeals more to the Instagram traveller than the discerning luxury guest. I stayed for 4 nights and probably won’t return or recommend.

The hotel boasts an excellent seaside location, offering beautiful views and easy access to the beach. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from each morning. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxing, perfect for unwinding. What truly stood out was the staff – incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Another big plus is that the hotel is pet-friendly, which makes the stay even more enjoyable for those traveling with animals. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would happily recommend. :)
