We had excellent service at the club lounge. The entire team of May, Charibel, Aprillya, Nikkole, Stacy & Purity were highly professional, courteous and welcoming. Bravo to the team work and keep the good work going.. 👍 Mohammed from security is a sincere, friendly, and approachable person with a gentle nature. He communicates respectfully and thoughtfully, making conversations easy and enjoyable. He maintains a positive attitude, is always courteous, and treats everyone with kindness and respect. He is a linguistic and i was surprised him talking in different languages and greetings I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Ei and Jattaa from the Housekeeping team at the InterContinental.Throughout my stay, they have consistently demonstrated professionalism, a positive attitude, and genuine care in their work. Their attention to detail, friendly smiles, and willingness to help made my experience truly comfortable and enjoyable I also want to thank Anas from the housekeeping section as all of them do an excellent job they do every day and they truly deserve the recognition I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for Zainab from the Housekeeping team.What stood out the most was her positive energy and enthusiasm for her work. Kudos!

We had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Doha The City for our honeymoon. The room was excellent, comfortable, clean, and made our stay very special. The service throughout the hotel was professional and welcoming. A special thank you to Mohamed Allam, who assisted us with our luggage and was kind, helpful, and attentive. Also, many thanks to Yasmine at reception for her warm welcome, professionalism, and making our experience smooth and memorable. Overall, it was a lovely honeymoon stay and we truly appreciated the hospitality. We would happily recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.

First, I would like to thank Fatima Al Zahra for giving us the best experience a long time back and making us fall in love with The Square Restaurant. ❤️ Second, I would like to thank Chef Anood for giving us another amazing food experience today at The Square. He was incredibly welcoming and encouraged us to try a new dish — spaghetti with stuffed chicken. OMGGGG! 🤩 It was absolutely amazing! Unfortunately, our experience was not satisfactory. We booked the apartment approximately 1.5 to 2 months before our arrival. After making the reservation, we contacted the hotel several times (the calls are recorded) and were informed that there was a children's club for entertainment. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered that it was merely an empty room. There were no games, activities, coloring books, coloring sheets, or any form of entertainment for children. Secondly, when we spoke with the management, we were told that nothing could be done to help us. They did not even provide or print coloring pages for the children. Thirdly, we booked a four-bedroom apartment for a group of five adults and three children. However, only eight bottles of water were provided. When we requested additional drinking water, it took a long time to arrive, and only six extra bottles were supplied. Fourthly, every day we placed the housekeeping sign requesting the apartment to be cleaned. While the apartment appeared tidy, we found nail clippings on the floor from previous guests on the very first day. Despite daily housekeeping, the nail clippings remained in the exact same place throughout our stay, indicating that the floors were not properly cleaned. Unfortunately, this particular branch of the hotel was a major disappointment and did not meet our expectations. While waiting in the lobby, I noticed many other guests expressing complaints and dissatisfaction as well. I sincerely hope the management will review the quality of service provided and ensure greater transparency when informing guests about the facilities available at the hotel. Positive Aspects: The mattress was extremely comfortable. Hot water was available almost instantly when showering. The apartment included a washing machine, freezer, refrigerator, and a small oven. The apartment was quiet, and the hotel’s location was excellent and conveniently close to most attractions. Parking was available. Hotel guests received discounts at the restaurants located within the hotel.
