Excelente estancia para unas vacaciones en Valencia, pasamos tres noches en el hotel y todo fue excelente. Nos recibieron con un detalle entregado por Maria la Guest Experience, quien se puso a la orden para lo que necesitáramos, La habitación era muy amplia, limpia, con una cama gigante y muy cómoda, el baño impecable; el personal de recepción Paco, Estefanía e Isabel, fueron muy amables y nos orientaron en todo momento para conocer desde los secretos del casco histórico, así como recomendarnos un buen restaurante. El desayuno tipo buffet nos recibía Javier y Macarena con una sonrisa y muy atentos a que probáramos la gran variedad de productos frescos, incluyendo productos sin gluten, un plus para quienes lo necesiten En la terraza disfrutamos de la piscina y sus cócteles. sin duda, este hotel ofrece una gran calidad por el precio, repetiría sin dudarlo, lo recomiendo 100%.

V hotelu jsem byl ubytován sám a byl jsem spokojen. Snídaně perfektní , čistota taky. Jen instantní káva u bazénu by se měla změnit 😅 personál nápomocný taky v nočních hodinách 🙂🍸 děkuji! lokalita - centrum 👌 dokonce jsem si ještě jeden den prodloužil.

We had a long weekend in Valencia and enjoyed our three nights stay in Vincci Mercat very much. Seldom do you feel so warmly welcomed to a new hotel in a new destination. All the staff at the reception were exceptionally nice and professional and we got a lovely welcome surprise in our room from Guest experience manager Nuria. The breakfast was good, well stocked with different options and the personnel took good care that there was enough to choose from all the time. It was almost too easy to stuff yourself with the delicious options :) The pool are is very small, but suitable for a city hotel, good for a dip in a hot day, and the staff and service on the rooftop was also great. We want to recommend this hotel in the city center, easy access to the heart of the city with restaurants, bars, shops and more. Thank you all for making our stay really memorable. We'll be back.

Très bon établissement très bien localisé et des petites attentions très appréciées : bouteille et douceurs sucrées offertes dans ma chambre en raison de mon anniversaire ! Très soucieux du bien être et installation de ses clients. J’ai bcp aimé et je recommande ! Le plus : piscine toit terrasse

Our family had a great stay at this hotel in February this year. The location is in the centre of the old city, with easy access to public transport and all the highlights of the city. The staff were exceptionally helpful, including the breakfast staff. The ladies at reception are extremely knowledgeable - there was no need to visit the Tourist Office! The rooms were clean with luxury toiletries and modern showers. The breakfasts offered a very wide choice of fresh dishes. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

We had service issues at a hotel in Valencia so needed to find another hotel quickly and Vincci Merkat stood head and shoulders above anything else. When we arrived we were greeted by 2 wonderful receptionists who provided us with a lovely smile and warm welcome, a far cry from what we previously experienced! The hotel is in a perfect spot for you to visit the old town, the market is just 5 minutes away! But it is also situated in a location where you can also wonder into the more modern shopping district - the best of both worlds! Every member of staff went over and above to make our stay so very special. The rooms were lovely with comfortable beds, a well thought out bathroom with a rainfall shower with the option of a hand held shower and his and hers sinks! After a day of touring you’ll also appreciate a cool dip in the roof top pool and a glass of something cold from the bar. We will return to Valencia again as there’s so much to do and Vincci Merkat will be the place we stay, not just because of the location, the beautiful rooms, great rooftop pool & bar but because the staff are more like caring friends who want to make your stay the best they can!
