We had a wonderful short stay at this hotel and were more than satisfied. The entire staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, without exception. Albania is a beautiful country with wonderful people, and it has truly found a special place in our hearts. At the beginning of our stay, there was a small issue with the room allocation. However, it was handled well, and a suitable solution was found for us, so it did not affect our overall experience. We would especially like to mention our guide, Sebastian, who put in a great deal of effort and gave us a fascinating and detailed impression of Albania. We will never forget his heroic jump to avoid a snake, or the moment when we accidentally took his jacket with us. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for this unforgettable experience. We will definitely visit Albania again!

Ons vierde hotel op onze rondreis door Albanië. Tot nu toe het mooiste en beste hotel. Maar zoals overal in Albanië kan e.e.a. beter worden gemonteerd of vastgeschroefd worden. Mooie ruime 3 persoons kamer met klein balkon met uitzicht op de zee. Ook een privéstrand met ligbedden gratis aan de overkant van de drukke doorgaande weg. Wel een aantal luidruchtige kermisattracties direct aan de overkant van het hotel maar daar gaat de muziek om 22:30 uur uit. Ontbijt is prima maar niet overdreven veel keuze, wel gebakken eieren en worstjes. En niet onbelangrijk, zeer goede koffie. Receptie is professioneel en aardig. Auto kan gratis achter het hotel worden geparkeerd. Genoeg restaurants aan de boulevard op loopafstand. Wij hebben dit hotel gebruikt om 5 dagen te zwemmen en te zonnen. Ik kom zekers nog een keer terug.

Het hotel heeft een mooie ligging dicht bij het strand en fijne bedjes. De kamers waren schoon en werden dagelijks goed onderhouden. Minpunt was de gehorigheid: vooral ’s nachts en ’s ochtends was er veel geluid in het hotel, waardoor we weinig rust hebben ervaren . Ook was er bijna dagelijks alleen koud water tijdens het douchen. Het personeel was wisselend in vriendelijkheid; het jongere personeel was vriendelijk en service gericht. Dit stond erg in contrast met het leek een leidinggevende die erg onvriendelijk en onpersoonlijk was. Wat erg jammer is. Het ontbijt was prima, maar niet bijzonder. De taxi’s via het hotel waren wel erg goed geregeld. Tip: er zou meer aandacht mogen zijn voor het bewaken van de rust in de nacht, zodat gasten echt kunnen ontspannen en niet steeds wakker worden van alle geluiden in het hotel.

Very nice place, clean and friendly staff are helpful and approachable, special mention to Similia who has such a lovely kind nature and nothing is an issue. Salah is very friendly. Christian at reception calm and was welcoming. Marva was also hard working and helpful. Few things that were bit of an issue. Eggs at breakfast were prepared so always cold. Flies everywhere. We had 4 rooms..our room on level 2 only had a minimal Seaview but have to say was clean. Our other rooms were a bit smelly. Be prepared for wet rooms for bathrooms. We managed. Always had fresh towels. Beach is across the road and there is a private section. If you need a cab arrange we'll in advance if more than 4 people.

Mia moglie ed io abbiamo trascorso una settimana all'hotel Lubjana by Dolanit a Durazzo. È stato un soggiorno estremamente gradevole! Tutto lo staff è stato di una gentilezza, disponibilità ed empatia rimarchevoli. L'hotel è di una pulizia meticolosa in ogni ambiente, sia nelle camere, molto spaziose, che che in tutta la struttura, nuova e moderna. Il cibo, colazione e cena, è stato sempre abbondante, fresco, preparato con cura e appetitoso. Il bar offre degli ottimi cocktail. Abbiamo usufruito del loro servizio "transfer" per spostarci con autisti gentilissimi, competenti ed empatici. Non cito in particolare nessuno dello staff perché tutti meritano il nostro encomio. This hotel in Albania Durres is in a great location, close to the beach, actually can see the beach from your balcony. The rooms were fairly big, had a fridge to keep your milk and drinks cold. The staff were all friendly especially Christian who greeted us on our arrival and was always happy to answer our questions and Salah who was in the bar and restaurant who again was very helpful. The food was good, there was a buffet every night but you could also choose from the a la carte menu. The hotel had a nice little outdoor space to have drinks too.
