This was honestly one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. There were no slippers provided in the room, and when we asked for earplugs, the curly-haired staff member on the night shift told us they had run out and suggested we go out and buy them ourselves. I don’t think that should be the guest’s responsibility — the hotel should handle it, or at the very least, try to help. He was unhelpful and dismissive the entire time. We were also told that the restaurant couldn’t be booked in advance, but when we arrived, it was fully booked and we were turned away. This just added to the frustration. As for the room — we stayed on the third floor facing the street, and it was incredibly noisy all night. The windows weren’t double-glazed, just thin glass, and the walls were paper-thin. We could hear other guests slamming doors and noise from neighboring rooms constantly. The one positive was the grey-haired staff member — he was super kind and helpful Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here — especially if you value comfort, quiet, or decent service.

Brutta esperienza e inesperienza del personale. Avevo prenotato una camera quadrupla, tipologia suite, avendo prima consultato il loro sito ed essendomi accertata che ci fosse la possibilità di prenotare camere quadruple. Avevo anticipato il nostro arrivo via mail, nella quale sottolineavo che eravamo 4, 2 adulti e 2 ragazze. Arrivati in hotel ci comunicano che la loro struttura non ha quella tipologia di camere e che ci avevano riservato una camera tripla ed una singola, una al secondo piano e una al quarto. La singola era di tipologia sgabuzzino, senza finestra . Alle nostre rimostranze e dopo un'accesa discussione abbiamo ottenuto che ci venisse assegnata una camera doppia al posto dello sgabuzzino.

This place is not even close to a three star. Service is poor: they really don’t want to help you. Several of the rooms in our group smelled like sewage: the front desk told us to flush the toilets 4-5 times an hour. No water for guests-they actually refused to even fill up water bottles. The only elevator was broken one day. And there is trash and cig butts all over near the front entrance. And I won’t even tell you about the super loud noise right in front of the hotel every night until 2 am. Stay away—it is a joke. In response to owner--send us some fabulous pictures of your "bar," a joke. I never mentioned mold, I said SEWAGE, so you clearly didn't take the time to read what I said. And filling up a water bottle--is that a big deal for you? I repeat, STAY AWAY

Hotel Palazzo Liberty Unique, Palermo Italy. We visited Palermo on vacation. The hotel is very nice. Well located in the main historical district. It’s on a main road, so there was PLENTY of traffic noise, The room was ( junior suite) spacious. Huge glass doors for plenty of sunlight. Except, they overlooked other doors and windows, so there was no privacy if we opened the curtains. The room’s lighting was very dim. Thus it was essential to open the curtains for natural light all the time, a big drawback. The washroom was modern but again very little light for shaving or makeup and no hanging space/ hooks for clothes. There was no full length mirror in the bedroom or washroom and no coffee table, which was sorely missed every morning and evening. Though there was tea/ coffee and kettle, there was no whitener. Had to go to breakfast area every time to get milk for tea and coffee. Breakfast was a decent spread. All the staff members need to be appreciated. Very good, polite and attentive. Manuel and Serena at the front desk and Claudia at breakfast deserve a special mention.

Albergo di charme all'interno di un palazzo ristrutturato con gusto e rispetto dell'architettura liberty. Camere spaziose e pulite. Ottima colazione

Abbiamo appena trascorso 4 giorni , Hotel centrale comodo con i mezzi per raggiungere i luoghi da visitare. Accogliente e cordialità di tutto lo staff, pulizia e ordine eccellente. Colazione ottima .Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie
