Atlantis The Royal is truly an exceptional hotel and easily one of the most impressive places I have stayed in Dubai. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere is incredible. The design, architecture and attention to detail are on another level, but what makes the experience particularly enjoyable is that the quality of service matches the surroundings. The staff are professional, attentive and genuinely helpful. Everything is handled efficiently, and throughout the stay you feel that you are being taken care of at a very high level. Another highlight is definitely the restaurants. The quality and variety of dining options are excellent, and we had some truly memorable meals during our stay. And, of course, the views are absolutely spectacular. The combination of the architecture, the sea and the Dubai skyline creates a very special atmosphere, particularly in the evening. Atlantis The Royal manages to feel impressive and luxurious while still being a place where you can genuinely relax and enjoy yourself. The entire experience, from the service to the restaurants and atmosphere, was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return. One of the most memorable hotel experiences in Dubai. 10/10.

Simon at the Royal Club in Atlantis The Royal made our stay truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. His hospitality and genuine care for guests really stood out, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout our visit. The service at the Royal Club was outstanding, and Simon’s attention to detail made all the difference. He is a fantastic host and a real credit to Atlantis The Royal. Thank you for making our experience so memorable—we look forward to returning!

Extremely disappointing experience. This hotel is nowhere near the standard expected of a five-star property. The issue wasn’t the facilities—it was the service. The staff were consistently rude and seemed programmed to repeat, “We have to follow the rules and protocols,” regardless of whether those rules were applicable to the situation. Instead of listening, showing empathy, or finding solutions, they simply hid behind policies. Extremely disappointing experience. We requested assistance with our luggage, but despite waiting, no one came. In the end, we had to carry all of our luggage ourselves. What’s even more disappointing is that the hotel wasn’t busy, so there was no reasonable excuse for the lack of assistance. We chose to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary with a spa day at Atlantis The Royal, and sadly, it was a huge disappointment. We arrived at 10:00am and went straight to Nobu, only to be told there was absolutely no food available until around 11:30am because the chefs hadn’t started. We hadn’t eaten, and despite explaining that it was our anniversary and asking whether there was anything at all—a fruit platter, pastries, or any light bites—we were simply told to go to Gastronomy. We didn’t want a full 2 hours breakfast brunch, we just wanted something light. As we had a spa treatment booked for 11:00am, paying for a full buffet wasn’t what we wanted. It was only after repeatedly asking that our waiter kindly managed to find us a small bowl of olives. While we appreciated his efforts, this was far below what you’d expect from Nobu or a hotel of Atlantis The Royal’s reputation. The spa treatment itself was excellent, and the therapists were wonderful. However, another major disappointment was discovering that after offering couples’ massages, there is nowhere for couples to actually relax together afterwards. Every complimentary spa facility—the pools, relaxation lounges, steam rooms and saunas—is completely separated into male and female areas. There isn’t a single shared relaxation space, which feels like a significant oversight for a luxury spa that actively promotes couples’ experiences. After our treatment, we returned to the Nobu pool hoping to relax together, only to find it swarming with children. Again, this wasn’t the peaceful, luxurious atmosphere we expected from a five-star resort, particularly one associated with Nobu. By this point, the experience had been so disappointing that we decided not to stay for lunch and left early. It’s such a shame because the massage itself was fantastic. Unfortunately, everything surrounding it—from the lack of food on arrival to the absence of any shared spa facilities for couples and the crowded pool experience—meant what should have been a very special anniversary ended up being a real disappointment.

Our recent stay at Atlantis The Royal in Dubai was exceptional and sets a remarkable standard for luxury hospitality. The architecture is striking, with impeccable décor and finishes throughout the resort, reflecting a clear attention to quality and detail. The dining experiences are outstanding, offering an impressive selection of restaurants, each delivering exceptional food and beverage quality. The service was equally impressive. The staff were professional, respectful, and genuinely attentive, creating a seamless and welcoming experience from start to finish. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed, with thoughtful details designed to enhance guest comfort. The personal care amenities provided were of an exceptional standard and reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellence in even the smallest details. Atlantis The Royal offers a level of refinement and hospitality that leaves a lasting impression. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional and memorable stay in Dubai.

During a half-day transit in Dubai, I decided to enjoy breakfast at Gastronomy at Atlantis The Royal, thanks to the outstanding reputation the restaurant has built over time. I was truly amazed and, at times, overwhelmed by the entire experience. The food was excellent, with an incredible variety of options to choose from. Every dish was fresh, well-presented, and of exceptional quality. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the service. The entire team on the floor was fully engaged and committed to creating a memorable guest experience. Everyone seemed genuinely passionate about going the extra mile. I especially appreciated the Restaurant General Manager taking the time to stop by for a quality check. We had a great conversation, and I was pleased to share my positive feedback in person. A special thank you to the Moroccan hostess for her warm welcome and genuine hospitality. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived and set a wonderful tone for the rest of my day. I would also like to recognize Emma for her attentive, detailed, and exceptionally warm service. Her professionalism and care did not go unnoticed. Overall, I am truly grateful for such an outstanding experience and highly impressed by the level of hospitality demonstrated by the entire team. I will certainly remember this visit and look forward to returning in the future.
