Girişte tatsız bazı olaylarla karşılaştık ancak otelden ayrılırken bakış açımızı olumlu yönde değiştiren çalışanlar oldu. Özellikle restoran bölümünde görev yapan Au ve Meaw’a çok teşekkür ederim. Çok ilgili, güler yüzlü ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Aslında oteldeki personelin genel olarak tamamı güler yüzlü. Otelin her yeri de tertemiz. Ancak rezervasyonla ilgili önemli bir konuyu özellikle belirtmek istiyorum. Fotoğraflarda görünen ve deniz kenarında bulunan bölüm ana bina. Burada konaklamak için gecelik 1.000 baht ekstra ücret talep ediliyor. Ekstra ücret ödenmezse misafirler yolun karşısındaki farklı binada konaklatılıyor. Bu uygulamanın sadece bize özel olmadığını, otelin genel politikası olduğunu öğrendik. Bizden de 2 oda için gecelik toplam 2.000 baht ekstra ücret talep edildi. Bu ücret rezervasyon sırasında açıkça belirtilmediği için bizim açımızdan oldukça tatsız bir durum oldu. Daha sonra otel bu ücreti iade etti ve sonuç olarak ana binada kaldık. Ancak o kadar yol geldikten ve çocuklarla birlikte otele ulaştıktan sonra, son anda böyle bir ücretle karşılaşmak ve ardından ücretin iade edilmesi tatilimizi olumsuz etkiledi. Rezervasyon yaparken ana binada kalamayacağımızı ve ekstra ücret gerektiğini bilseydim, bu oteli tercih etmezdim. Ayrıca girişte odalarımızın rezervasyonda belirttiğimiz şekilde hazırlanması yaklaşık 1 saat sürdü ve odalardan biri oldukça geç hazırlandı. Bu da ilk günümüzün önemli bir bölümünün kaybolmasına neden oldu. Buna rağmen otelin kendisini genel olarak beğendik. Mimari ve tesis gerçekten çok güzel, personel güler yüzlü ve özellikle kahvaltısı, Asya’da kaldığım oteller arasında en iyilerden biri diyebilirim. Otelin temizliği de çok iyi. Sigara içme alanlarının bu kadar kısıtlı olması ise bizim için olumsuz bir noktaydı. Sigara yalnızca sahilde ve barın bulunduğu belirli bir alanda içilebiliyor. Sonuç olarak otelin kendisi ve çalışanları konusunda olumlu düşüncelerimiz var. Özellikle Au ve Meaw’ın ilgisi, yaşadığımız ilk sorunlardan sonra otele bakışımızı ciddi anlamda olumlu yönde değiştirdi. Ancak ana bina için sonradan ekstra ücret talep edilmesi ve bunun rezervasyon sırasında açıkça belirtilmemesi bizim için önemli bir eksiydi. Bu deneyimden sonra oteli bir daha tercih edip etmeyeceğim konusunda ise henüz emin değilim. Otelin güzellikleri ve çalışanların ilgisi olumlu, ancak ekstra ücret uygulaması ve girişte yaşadığımız sorunlar karar vermemi zorlaştırıyor.

I stayed here with my girlfriends to celebrate my birthday, and it was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. The food was delicious, with plenty of great options, and every meal was enjoyable. The environment was beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. Everything exceeded our expectations, and I genuinely have nothing to complain about. Thank you for making my birthday so special and memorable. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Phuket, and I’ll be recommending this hotel to anyone planning a trip here. Highly recommended!

A comfortable, clean, modern hotel with truly wonderful staff. They were helpful from the very first minute we arrived, and I appreciate how hard they work to make the Veranda such a great place to stay. The location is in a fairly quiet area of Phuket with very little traffic, but still offers easy access to Old Town and other areas as needed. The food was delicious and we looked forward to the amazing breakfast buffet every day; they do a really nice job with that. Lastly, I recommend staying on the west side of the roadway if possible, under an "Ocean View" room or similar. The view is worth it and there's easier access to the restaurants and beach area. I would gladly stay here again.

Our stay at Veranda Resort Phuket was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly designed for a relaxing getaway. What made our experience truly special was the warm hospitality from the amazing staff. A very special thank you to Chacha, Pam, Ton, and Mook for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care throughout our stay. They always greeted us with smiles and made us feel so welcome and comfortable every day. The service, atmosphere, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. We created beautiful memories here and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket!

I am writing to share our heartfelt thanks for the wonderful stay we had at your hotel. This was our very first trip traveling with our 7-month-old baby, and it was also my husband’s birthday. A special thank you to Chesha, who served us on our first evening. After our early flight, we decided to relax with a massage and have dinner at the restaurant. Chesha went above and beyond by surprising my husband with a birthday dessert and singing him a birthday song, which made our trip truly memorable. Eating out with a baby can be quite messy, but Chesha, Vee, Aung, and Pooh were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our dining experience. We also want to express our sincere gratitude to the hotel team and the front desk staff (apologies for forgetting the male staff member's name) for the lovely birthday cake and room decor. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food and comfortable accommodations. We look forward to coming back again in the future!

My experience here was amazing! I’ve never stayed at a hotel that impressed me this much. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. They made me feel so welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. Truly wonderful hospitality and such a memorable experience. I would definitely come back again! 🤍
