One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The food provided at the restaurant at Oriental Spoon was of a very high standard. Rooms were very comfortable, well maintained and cleaned to an exceptionally high standard everyday of our stay. The pool area was very pleasant, although we did feel like the hotel could provide additional tables around lunchtime. Breakfast was good overall. However, the restaurant was frequently very busy and there was often a wait, regardless of the time we attended. I understand we visited in what is classified as “low season” and it may be diffrent in high season. Would highly recommend making use of the complimentary shuttle service to the beach clubs. They are great! There are a number of shops and several massage facilities within the surrounding area. However, aside from these, we found that a taxi was generally required to reach most other destinations. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend the hotel.

Beautiful design especially the pool area and the rooms. Great attention to guest, including selection of scented flowers for your room, pillow selection and welcome drink. We loved staying here. The pool works till 11 in the evening which makes it perfect to enjoy a night swim as it fill like you almost have the beautiful pool all to yourself

Unfortunately, it a bit disappointed that I gave this rate. I have 3 nights with high expectations since this is a luxury hotel but turn out the room has very thin wall we could not sleep because of the neighbor has lond noise at late night and sure we reported to the reception but nothing! and yes we stayed like this for 3 nights and keep reporting and nothing can help :(. The room was full with dust and some spider webs on the ceiling and the housekeeper forgot to fill up tissue papers and bathropes everyday (how it possible?) Moreover, the refilled water bottles that they prepare was dirty and how can be sure that it’s clean enough to drink? Let’s talk about service, it was moderate nothing feels special, we ordered coffee at breakfast and they forgot it every morning and sure they have enough worker no busy and when we asked for it they just asked back who did we order with? :( Thus, the hotel is beautiful it’s self and I hope that the hotel will improve to get it better soon!

A Stylish Stay That Misses the "Resort" Mark If you’re looking for a sleek, architecturally stunning base in Surin, Twinpalms Phuket certainly looks the part. However, depending on what you value in a tropical getaway, the reality might feel a bit more "metropolitan apartment" than "island paradise." The Vibe: Chic, but Lacks Soul While the hotel is technically a 5-star property, the atmosphere leans heavily toward upscale serviced apartments. The minimalist design and layout around a central pool are visually appealing, but it lacks the sprawling, open-air "holiday" feeling you expect from a luxury resort. It feels functional and private, but perhaps a little too clinical for a relaxing vacation. Location & Beach Access In theory, being at Surin Beach is a win. In practice, there are a few significant drawbacks: • No Sea Views: The clever landscaping and low-rise design mean you are tucked away from the ocean. You won’t be waking up to the sound of waves or a blue horizon. • The Beach Situation: Twinpalms does not have its own private beach. You have to cross a public road and a huge carpark to reach Surin Beach, which is entirely public. While the water is somewhat clear, the beach itself lacks the manicured exclusivity of other 5-star spots in Phuket like The Surin Resort. Dining & Amenities • The Spa (The Saving Grace): If there is one area where the hotel truly hits that 5-star mark, it’s the Palm Spa. The treatments are professional, the ambiance is serene, and it provides the genuine sense of relaxation that the rest of the property lacks. • Breakfast: Unfortunately, the morning spread is fairly average. It covers the basics, but for a 5-star rating, you'd expect more variety, local flair, and higher-quality artisanal options. • The Pool: The lap pool is the centerpiece of the property. It’s great for a serious swim, but again, the layout reinforces that "apartment complex" aesthetic rather than a tropical lagoon. Final Thoughts: Twinpalms is perfect for the traveler who wants a stylish, quiet "home base" and doesn't mind commuting to the sand. However, if you are looking for that classic, toes-in-the-sand tropical resort magic, this might feel a bit sterile.

Our experience at Twinpalms was amazing. The staff was exceptional, and the hotel is simply breathtaking. Our room was simple but beautiful. Breakfast is very good with a lot of variety, including vegan food. In front of the hotel, we have Surin Beach, which is 5 minutes away. We will definitely be back.

Had a great experience staying at Twinpalms Surin beach. Firstly, the proximity to Surin beach is very close. My one bedroom loft was very nice, very clean with good amenities. The staff was also one of the best!
