Esperienza TERRIFICANTE. L’hotel si spaccia per un 4 stelle, ma non è neanche a livello di un ostello. Probabilmente anni e anni fa ha avuto i suoi tempi di gloria, ma attualmente (nel 2026) posso dire che vi è un decadimento e un livello davvero pessimo. Le stanze sono grandi e hanno il balcone e bollitore con te e caffe solubile (unico aspetto positivo), ma hanno un arredamento vecchio e usurato. il bagno senza finestra con la vasca con tendina (stile anni 60). Nessun set di cortesia in bagno: solo due saponette usa e getta e dello shampoo e gel doccia, per risparmiare neanche mettevano il sacchetto nel secchio del bagno. La nostra stanza era davanti l’ascensore il che rendeva il riposo impossibile: rumore dell’ascensore ogni volta che veniva chiamato, persone che sostavano davanti e parlavano ad alta voce in attesa dell’ascensore. Abbiamo chiesto cortesemente se ci potevano cambiare stanza e ci hanno detto che l’unica disponibile era anch’essa davanti l’ascensore. Abbiamo allora contattato la piattaforma presso la quale avevamo prenotato e magicamente dopo ciò è spuntata un altra stanza disponibile. L’altra stanza aveva un odore nauseabondo che proveniva dalle tubature del bagno, il personale di pulizia ha provato come poteva a risolvere. Il lenzuolo di sotto aveva delle macchie terrificanti. Ma veniamo al peggio: il cibo. Se siete italiani EVITATELO. Colazione a buffet con ampia scelta di salato, ma tutto di pessima qualità, scadente, surgelato, nauseante. i succhi provenienti dall’erogatore erano annacquati (probabilmente per risparmiare). Scelta di colazione dolce? Una pessima torta inglese con pan di spagna e burro e panna e una ciotola di biscotti sgretolati che neanche alle galline darei. Zona piscina fatiscente, il bar del rooftop con cibo scadente, caesar salad AGGHIACCIANTE. Siamo andati via dopo due notti disperati (nonostante avevamo pagato per 6 notti). Al momento del check out non si sono neanche preoccupati di capire come mai, non ci sono state scuse di nessun tipo, l’unica cosa che si sono sincerati di dirci è che avremmo perso i soldi delle altri notti. Abbiamo preferito perderli piuttosto che stare in questo posto AGGHIACCIANTE ancora per un minuto in più. Dovreste rivedere il vostro concetto di hotel. Che vergogna.

DON’T GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TO - This is a 2 star hotel disguised as a 4 star. The pictures don’t look like the real thing. The hotel itself seems very old and not kept properly. There were bugs in the lobby and my room. No charging port next to the bedside table, the WiFi was spotty and “so-so” at best, and lights were flickering. The bathroom had more bugs, and didn’t seem clean. The hair dryer was practically falling apart, you’ll probably notice more old appliances. The beds were firm and creaking every time you move. The pros, service was good. Getting beach/pool towels was relatively easy and staff are nice. Location is also not bad as you’re surrounded by restaurants/pubs/beach. At the end of the day it is a hotel. If you need a place to sleep it does the job. However, for the money spent on this room it has a long way to go to be an actual 4 star hotel, and there are far better options you could choose.

siamo andati via prima del previsto a causa delle condizioni indecenti dell’hotel. si spaccia per 4 stelle ma non ne vale nemmeno 2, se siete italiani andate altrove. di buono ha solo la posizione centrale ma tutto è da rivedere

We've just come back from a week's stay here. Its a really nice hotel. The rooms are very spacious with table and chairs, fridge, wardrobe space, a safe and tea and coffee. The bathroom was nice. The cleaners were amazing, they made your bed everyday, the bathroom was always spotlessly clean and the floors. Couldn't fault them. The pool on the 6 floor was adequate but I didn't go in CHICKEN! lol. Sunbeds and a upstairs bar and snacks. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The breakfasts not so good, the bacon was undercooked and not what you'd call bacon. Scrambled egg tasted like it was made with powdered milk, sausages very small. The orange and juices were so weak it had no flavour. We only ate in twice and that was enough. Overhaul I recommend this place, the views are great and all the restaurants are on your doorstep.

It doesn’t feel great when you write a negative review. I do so in the hope it leads to improvements . Or at the least it helps others spend their precious time and money better. What went wrong. Every single staff interaction felt like you are an inconvenience from the lady receptionist who clearly hates being there to the breakfast guy who acted like you asked for his kidney when you asked for eggs pouched not fried. The worst shower i ever had in paid accommodation. The room phone that is ornamental. The unhappy hour drinks. The sign telling guests not to fill water bottles from their drinks machine. This hotel is in a perfect location. Has a great roof space and rooms have a nice balcony and view. It should be a top place to visit but i can only assume the owners are happy to overcharge for a poor experience because enough tourists will stay there….once

Room is old and worn out as the other old hotels around the neighborhood. I expected 4-star urban accommodation- which is not. The staffs offered me a great service tho.
