Hemos pasado un finde estupendo alojadas en este hotel. La ubicación es perfecta, se puede llegar andando a todos los puntos de interés de la ciudad. El personal ha sido muy amable y atento en todo momento. El desayuno ha sido de las cosas que hemos disfrutado, muy variado y completo, con productos de calidad. Otro punto a destacar del hotel es el spa, estuvimos una hora y pasamos un rato muy agradable. Instalaciones muy nuevas y todo muy limpio. Sin duda repetiría la estancia en este hotel.

Great hotel right in city center.. Pool and lounge area great although pool very small still handy for dip in hot climate. Rooms gorgeous, chic and stylish. Good food was reasonably priced.. Hotel staff really helpful.. Bar is lovely and has nice chic vibe to it. Would come back to this hotel..

We had such a nice stay here! The staff are all super friendly and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and to help. The refurbishment is stylish and new and everything is maintained and styled to a very high standard. We loved the spa really recommend the “Desayuno & spa” experience and the quality of the food in the restaurant was excellent. Can’t recommend this place enough for convenient tasteful, comfortable, and accessible location for visiting Bil Bar and with hotel parking available what more can you ask for! Thanks guys I’d love to come back one day! 🙏

Nice hotel, great location, excellent breakfast - all fine. However, I forgot my box with vaccines in the refrigerator, and was informed by mail about this. Fine. Then, however, the mail service and Ibail failed to send me the vaccines to my address in Vigo. I was told everything about costs (12 Euro) and how I can pay them. But after more than one week the box was not with me. Lousy customer service. As expected, I got sick and had to spend three days ill until I could fly home again and take my medicine. No gracias for nothing Ibail. Speed and generosity are not your traits.

Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Hotels ist es unverständlich, warum dieses Hotel nur 4 Sterne hat. Es hat während unseres Aufenthaltes alle Kriterien mehr als erfüllt. Die Mitarbeiter (alle!) Sind sehr freundlich, kompetent und aufmerksam. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet. In der Junior Suite gab es täglich Aufmerksamkeiten wie Schokolade und Obst. Der Pool oben ist sehr sauber und einladend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Fui al Spa hace una semana por un regalo de cumpleaños de mi amiga Elena que allí trabaja, de verdad que solo me queda decir cosas buenas y dar una puntuación máxima. Ya que la atención de las chicas súper bien muy agradables sus nombres claudia que se encontraba en recepción y Carolina y Janire que nos dieron un masaje que fue tan relajante que me quedé profundamente dormida. Las instalaciones súper bonitas y limpias, la piscina, baño turco, sauna todo súper bien. De verdad he salido de allí muy satisfecha y con ganas de volver mil gracias por hacer de mis días un día diferente 🤗
