Just checked out from a four night stay at H 10 Casa de la Plata, we had the most wonderful time. We loved our room with the city view it felt spacious, modern and super clean. The breakfast was wonderful with à la carte and buffet options available. Home-made pastries and local ingredients available there was nothing missing at all. The rooftop pool is great for a dip to cool off in the Seville Summer heat, as well as enjoying a nice cold cocktail and enjoying the view. Seating/shade is limited but there is a fairly quick turnaround and we didn’t have any issues. Maybe a different story during high season. We experience the heat wave 38° and the Aircon in the room and around the hotel was fantastic and we were very comfortable. The location is fantastic. We managed to explore everywhere we wanted to go on foot even in the heat so many fantastic restaurants bars High Street shops and also boutique/secondhand shops. The area felt very safe even walking as a couple late at night. My partner managed to get a good rate booking directly with the hotel so we feel that we had good value for our stay. The service from all of the staff members was incredible and you can tell they are passionate about giving you the best experience possible. So thank you again for having us and making our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back. Eleanor and Alex

Sehr gemütliches Hotel in absoluter Spitzenlage. Einziger kleiner negativer Aspekt ist, dass man nicht direkt mit dem PKW vorfahren kann, wir mussten ca. 130 Meter vom Taxi aus laufen. Dafür liegt es aber inmitten der Fußgängerzone. Vom Hotel aus sind alle für uns relevanten Sehenswürdigkeiten (Kathedrale, Alcazar, Plaza Espana) fußläufig erreichbar. Nach den Besichtigungen kann man in der Rooftop-Bar den Tag gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Unser Zimmer (Juniorsuite) ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Klimaanlage arbeitet perfekt, was bei den in Sevilla herrschenden Temperaturen sehr wichtig ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist lecker und reichhaltig. Man kann zusätzlich Eierspeisen a la Carte bestellen. Das Personal ist ausnahmslos sehr freundlich.

Mi estancia en este hotel de lujo en Sevilla fue excelente. Las habitaciones son elegantes y muy cómodas. El desayuno tipo buffet ofrece una gran variedad de productos frescos y de calidad. La piscina en la azotea es espectacular, con vistas increíbles y un ambiente perfecto para relajarse después de recorrer la ciudad.

Loved my 4 nights at this hotel. Perfect location within 15 min walk of main attractions and right on the edge of the Alfalfa shopping area. I loved the decor in public areas and room (see pics). My room, 120, was large with great air con and a fan, and also opening windows in main room and bathroom. Good storage, coffee machine and full length mirror. The lower floor breakfast restaurant with courtyard and water feature is beautiful. Breakfast buffet choice is quite extensive and you can also order from a menu. Rooftop pool and bar/food area is lovely and very welcome with the very hot weather. Nice to sip on a cocktail while in the pool looking out over the rooftops. The best thing about this hotel is its staff. Without exception, everyone was smiling and friendly, eager to help or give advice, and seem to genuinely enjoy their job. And for this I say a very big thank you.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful seven-night stay at the Casa de la Plata, and I can genuinely say that all the positive reviews of this excellent hotel are thoroughly deserved. From the welcome glass of Cava on first arrival to the generous breakfast ‘picnic’ on departure (we had to leave before normal breakfast hours), every aspect of our time at the hotel was superb. The location is as central as it gets amongst the labyrinthine streets of this charming city, so everywhere is walkable. The interior design and architecture is tastefully eclectic, along with bold nods to traditional Andalusian culture. The room was spotlessly clean, with a great bathroom and fantastic shower. The illuminated toilet bowl is a fabulous idea, more especially for us older guests in the middle of the night! The rooftop bar was a lovely place to retreat to from the bustle of the city and enjoy food, drinks or to simply relax by the pool. Breakfast each morning was a great pleasure, with a fabulous selection to choose from both à la carte and buffet options. Above all, what truly makes this hotel special is its staff. Everyone from the cleaners to receptionists, restaurant and bar staff, were all a great credit to their place of work. Friendly, warm, welcoming and so very helpful, these hardworking people were what helped to make our stay at Casa de la Plata and our time in Seville so very enjoyable - we would like to extend our appreciation and sincere thanks to all of them. This hotel truly lives and breathes its four stars, and we can unreservedly recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in the beautiful city of Seville.

Perfect location for sight seeing Sevilla. Hotel and room felt like a 5 star. Staff was really great. The hotel rooftop bar and pool were really nice. Couple of things to consider that have nothing to do with hotel itself: The streets outside the hotel can be really loud until 3am Taxi charge seemed quite expensive for such a short drive to the train station ( 25 euros) when pre booking for an early morning pick up.
