Great stay at Kappa Senses Ubud! It was our first stop in Indonesia from the States and the staff was very kind and welcoming, ensuring we were taken care of from the moment we walked in to our departure. It is a very cool jungle feel but luxurious. We spent lots of time at the pool, spa and restaurants on site. One heads up is the rooms’ bathrooms are outdoors, though fully covered and well taken care of. Also, the location is a bit off the beaten path which is nice for noise/traffic reasons, but something to consider when exploring the town of Ubud. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay in the greater Ubud area!

I had an amazing stay at Kappa Senses and would highly recommend it, especially for solo travellers. The staff were incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming throughout my stay. A special shout-out to Febri from Kelapa Restaurant, who consistently went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. The spa was also exceptional, and both Wayan and Maryan were wonderful. Their kindness and professionalism made every interaction a pleasure. The resort is peaceful, quiet, and relaxing, with plenty of other solo travellers around, making it a comfortable place to stay on your own. I felt safe, well looked after, and never out of place travelling by myself. The food was excellent, with a great variety of options, and the facilities were beautiful and very well maintained. The buffet breakfast was incredible. I particularly appreciated the twice-daily room service, which was a lovely touch. Every staff member greeted me warmly and genuinely made me feel welcome, always asking if there was anything they could do to help. The complimentary shuttle bus into Ubud town was very convenient and made it easy to explore while still enjoying the tranquillity of the resort away from the crowds. What really sets Kappa Senses apart is the genuine care shown by the staff. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest experience created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived until the day I left. Thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic stay. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already looking forward to my next visit. I will definitely be coming back!

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was excellent from beginning to end, and all the staff members were always extremely polite, professional, welcoming, and very fast whenever anything was needed. They really made me feel comfortable and well taken care of during my stay. I would definitely give this hotel 5 out of 5 for the quality of the hospitality and service. I also want to especially thank the team for the breakfast buffet, which was absolutely delicious with very good quality food and a great dining experience every morning. As a small suggestion for improvement, it would be great if the restaurant could offer a few more choices on the menu to give guests even more variety. Also, adding some ceiling fans in the restaurant area could help keep flies away and make the atmosphere even more comfortable. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay and very thankful to the entire staff for their kindness, professionalism, and excellent service. I would happily come back again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel offers unique exprerience with its locations near the beautiful Ubud's landscape. They are located in the are that are very supportive of the local business that major online taxis are not allowed to operate there, but we rented a car, so no problem for us. The management was very strict about the rules and regulations that we had to pay extra for our daughter to sleep on the existing foldable couch. (no extra bed) The room was extra spacious and the view was incredible. Besid the management, the service team was outstanding, all staff that I met, even the gardener and maintenance, always greeted us politely. There were 2 swimmingpools. we only tried one that mimics a river. It was very nice to swim and to take pictures. They also had many different facilities that we didn't get a chance to try, as a library, a spa, etc. We definitely will not visit this hotel again.

Beautiful resort with gorgeous villas. The staff was very friendly and they made it super special for our honeymoon. The breakfast buffet changed every day and it was satisfying every time. The services included were plentiful and it was serene overall. It is very far from the airport but the stay is worth it if you plan to stay in/near Ubud.

Our stay at Kappa Senses Ubud was truly unforgettable. Without a doubt, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The level of service is exceptional, with genuine kindness and attention to every detail. It’s impossible to mention everyone, but a special thank you to Lola and the entire front desk team for making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. Thank you to Chef Dwi and Estina for sharing their passion for Balinese cuisine and sambal with such enthusiasm, always with a smile. A big thank you as well to Putu, Kevin, and the entire restaurant team for their impeccable service and warm hospitality. Our Balinese massage with Nella and Iluh was an absolute highlight professional, relaxing. Thank you to Ary for the rice field walk. She shared her knowledge with such passion and enthusiasm, making the experience authentic. Thank you to Mustika from the permaculture garden for taking the time to explain the ecosystem with such passion, kindness, and generosity. Every member of the team made our stay truly special. We can’t wait to come back!
