Wir haben diese Hotel für 5 Nächte besucht und sind einfach sprachlos. Es hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Sehr viele Mitarbeiter schon über 20 Jahren im Betrieb, spricht für die Anlage aber auch das Unternehmen. Gelegen am Traumstrand im Westen der Insel am Flic en Flac. Traumkulisse auf die Berglandschaft Le Morne aus dem turkisnen Wasser am weißen Strand 👌 Sonnenuntergang am ersten Abend zum Empfang war grandios. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr weitläufig aber top gepflegt. 1 A Postkartenmotiv wohin man schaut. Mindestens Halbpension buchen. Buffets sind grandios und sehr vielfältig. Tolle Auswahl an Essen aus aller Welt und auf hohem Niveau. Restaurant Leitung Christine, eine wunderbare Persönlichkeit, sehr emphatisch sehr sympathisch Mister big Smile Christian- Mr Juice Maker Sehr toller Mitarbeiter der einem gleich gute Laune versetzt mit seiner Art 👌 Vanessa unsere deutschsprachige Ansprechpartnerin :) Aber auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter von Rezeption / Hpusekeeping / Poolservice / Resaurant waren grandios. Vielen Dank für alles und die tolle Zeit bei euch. Ich kann absolut verstehen warum so viele Gäste so oft zu euch wiederkommen 😊

Fantastic family holiday – amazing staff! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic stay at Sugar Beach Resort in Mauritius. The resort is beautiful, the beach is stunning, and there was plenty to keep the whole family happy. But what really made our stay special was the staff. A special thank you to Abigail, our lovely “salad person”, and Dylan, our “dessert person” – both were always so friendly and welcoming. Vignesh, the main Indian chef, deserves a special mention too. As a vegetarian family, we really appreciated the effort he made to provide us with delicious Indian vegetarian food. Also a big shout-out to Christian, our “juice guy”, who always greeted us with a smile and kept the fresh juices coming! Thank you as well to Babu and Natasha for keeping our room spotless, and to Anuradha, the Service Executive, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. It’s the people who really make a holiday, and the team at Sugar Beach certainly made ours memorable. We had a wonderful time and would happily come back again. Highly recommended! 🌴☀️

We had a wonderful stay at Sugar Beach and, above all, it was the hospitality and service from the staff that made our holiday so special. From check-in to check-out, the entire team were warm, welcoming and genuinely attentive. Travelling with our 8-month-old daughter, we had a few additional requirements, and everyone was incredibly understanding and accommodating. A very special thank you to Anuradha, who was absolutely superb throughout our stay. She supported us with our daughter’s food requirements and helped with the various little requests we had. Her attention to detail, kindness and willingness to help made such a difference and made us feel genuinely looked after. We’d also like to thank Chesley, who was fantastic from check-in through to check-out. He immediately understood our needs as a family travelling with a baby and was always kind, helpful and reassuring. A huge thank you as well to all the dinner team and the chefs, who went out of their way to help with vegetarian options and prepare suitable food for our baby. Their flexibility and care really stood out. Finally, a special mention to Nisha in the spa and Fezal at poolside, Nadine at reception who were incredibly informative, friendly and helpful. The resort itself is beautiful, with a fantastic beachfront setting, great facilities and excellent food, but it is the people who truly make Sugar Beach special. The warmth, professionalism and personal attention from the team made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. Thank you to everyone at Sugar Beach for making our first family holiday in Mauritius so memorable. We would love to return!

We had a really nice stay at Sugar Beach and enjoyed every day of our holiday. The resort is beautiful, the beach is amazing, and the whole place has a very relaxed atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Patricia from room service. She was always so kind and made sure our room was taken care of. We really appreciated her warm and friendly service. Thank you as well to all the staff at Sugar Beach for making us feel welcome during our stay. We had a lovely time and would definitely be happy to come back again.

A beautiful resort thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space beachside and poolside. Well maintained grounds, beach area, poolside and paths to various resort ammenities whether is be Gym, pool area, toilets, Buddha bar, Le Patio restaurant, Mare Mare beach restaurant or the sister resort La Pirogue next door. Rooms were cleaned well, considerations to extra space especially in family rooms and any request fulfilled. We were in a family group of 12 people. Age ranging from 11 to 60+. As a group 90% of are pure vegitarian so no eggs, fish or meat. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We did speak to the Chefs at various times when we required more variety or dishes than was available (eg. Mexican night) which was humbly satified by Chefs and their team. To name a few exceptional members of the Chef and their team that definitly that went over and beyond Axel, Avi, Sweta, Nisha, Sandeep, Om, Naomi, Mary ann and Bruno. There were many others whose names I have now forgotten but all the resort staff were brilliant in making our stay special and to our satisfaction. A special thanks to Anuradha for her friendly advice and assistance throughout stay. What truly sets this resort apart is its people. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to anticipate our every need with genuine warmth and smiles. Their exceptional hospitality turned a wonderful holiday into one of the absolute best stays we’ve ever had.

Sugar Beach delivers a phenomenal, upscale Mauritian getaway. It would easily be a flawless 5-star experience if the dining had just a little more punch. What Makes It Special: Stellar Service: The staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Beautiful Rooms: Lovely, comfortable accommodations paired with gorgeous, direct sea views. Amazing Venue & Beach: The property grounds are stunning, and the beach is absolute paradise with pristine sand and clear water. The Only Opportunity: The Food: While the dining is decent, the flavors lean a bit mild and bland. A little more local culinary excitement would easily push this resort into absolute perfection. An incredible stay with world-class hospitality and views. Highly recommended!
