This hotel is a very clean stylish hotel in the heart of the town, old town is 15 min walk to the left and Guggenheim museum 15min walk to the right. The river passes right near the hotel and there are several benches to sit and relax. Several eatieries are available near the hotel, like Indian, Italian and Tapas, there is pharmacist nearby and a carrefour. The hotel is clean, looks inviting, and the staff at the front are helpful. I had a 7th floor room which was spacious and had a large tv, safe, fridge with 2 small bottles of complementary water. The bed was large, like a king-sized one with plenty of pillows. View was no view unfortunately as the room was situated on the wrong side of the building, room 744. Lifts worked perfectly during my short stay. There was underground parking available, which is level -1. This hotel had a gym and swimming pool access but I did not use it or see it, i think its a complex to the left of the hotel. The only let down was the shower which varied in temperature although it was easy to adjust it can be conceived as a pain for elderly and disabled people when their is a temperature fluctation. There is air-conditioning in the room but the lowest temperature is 19c celsius and it can take awhile to reach that.

Dit hotel is geweldig qua ligging en serveert een uitstekend ontbijt. Echter is de parking steeds volzet. Zeer teleurstellend. Er is vrij veel lawaai snachts (deuren die toevliegen) en de douche gaat steeds van heet naar koud zonder dat je aan de kraan raakt. Zeer vervelend. Prijs/kwaliteit dus ondermaats.

Very good location, directly at the river with a few minutes walk to the Guggenheim Museum, the Gran Via and also the historic City quarter just around the corner. Very kind and professional stuff, restaurant serves delicious dishes,, breakfast very good. Hotel room sufficiently spacious and very clean with modern interior Design. 100% recomendable!

Bel hôtel très bien situé. Chambre silencieuse (même si notre chambre au premier étage ne disposait d'aucune vue sans doute du fait de notre réservation via booking...). Literie très confortable. Petit déjeuner incroyable (normal eu égard au prix). Par contre, personnel peu sympathique !

Room is a bit small and it can get really warm. It takes quite a while to get cooler, but then it does get too a nice temperature. But then it wasn't all that hot when I stayed. I can imagine it might become a problem when temperature is 30+. Service is amazing. Very friendly people at the front desk. They answered our questions about the metro and buses etc. And when we mentioned our toilet didn't flush, they fixed it within the hour. Hotel breakfast was amazing. One of the best I have ever had. A very rich assortiment of things to choose from, ranging from sweet to hearty to cereals and fruits. It was the best way to start the day for sure. Location is perfect. Walkable distance from a metro station, the old and new city center, the guggenheim museum (which I don't recommend paying to go inside, but the building itself is a must see). It is a safe and clean location. All in all, the room itself definitely doesn't qualify for 4 stars, but the service, breakfast and location seriously make up for it! I would for sure come back here again if I am ever visiting Bilbao again.

Die Lage des Hotels ist das Beste. Zu den angesagtesten Sehenswürdigkeiten jeweils top gelegen. Unser Zimmer war klein, gedrungen, das Bett in die Jahre gekommen und die Sauberkeit ebenfalls. Das Personal jedoch war sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und höflich- zu jeder Zeit. Auch das Parken in der geräumigen TG war auch gut.
