Room was Ok. The biggest issue they have to deal with is the bad chemical smell of the towels. Tha should be addressed iimmediately. I dont know whether the bad smell is due to iron and reusing of towels. Please check thie immediately as we are going to send our clients to ur hotek. Metress of our room was hard. I dont remember room number . Chrck with my name in may 13. Staff were good. Buffet was excellent. The restaurant is also good.

Have stayed here before without problems. This time our room had terrible air-conditioning that they kept getting 'engineer' to look at but was TERRIBLE. We should have moved rooms or hotel... it was bad. Also spent hours sitting in room waiting for said engineer. We ended up demanding a fan which meant at least that we didn't wake up melted into the bed. Not once were we offered to be moved to another room. We asked for late checkout on day 2 of 5 but was told no as "hotel was full" so we asked to book an extra night and again no sorry hotel full - BUT try Agoda or Booking.com as should be available rooms on those... Whaaat??? So we did and got another room but different grade so we talked to reception about moving from one room straight to other room as didn't want to waste more hours waiting and he said no problem, remind reception on day. I did. Still waited hours in stinking hot room. Then finally moved to other room at 3pm (checkin was 2pm???) and walked in to a lovely COLD room. Will not be back at this hotel. I told them they need to fix aircon before next people but I highly doubt they will - so be warned - room 304.

Amazing location, affordable price and decent facilities. We checked out early as partner felt bathrooms were unclean. Rooms are dated and need a deep clean/maintenance to get them up to date. Aircon barely works unfortunately. Loved the pools and it's close to many shops and restaurants. Plenty of options for Grab if you want outside food or drinks delivered. Would have appreciated a gym but not expected. Very smoker friendly.

I had a pleasant stay at Champlung Mas Hotel. The hotel is well maintained, and the rooms were neat, clean, and felt very safe throughout the stay. Room service was good and the staff were helpful whenever we needed assistance. Our package included complimentary breakfast, which was a nice addition. The breakfast spread had multiple cuisines, giving plenty of options to choose from, and the food tasted good. It was a great way to start the day. The hotel also has good parking facilities, which is convenient for guests who rent vehicles. One of the best things is that the hotel provides two-wheeler rental services at a comparatively reasonable price, making it easy to explore nearby places. Another advantage is the street market located within walking distance, where you can shop, eat, and experience the local vibe. Overall, Champlung Mas Hotel is a good choice for a comfortable and convenient stay with decent facilities and a great location. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed here in May 2026 and absolutely loved it. Yes, some of the rooms are a little dated, but they're spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are genuinely lovely and welcoming. The rooftop pool was fantastic and one of the highlights of our stay. The only suggestion I'd make is to add a few umbrellas, as it can get extremely hot during the day. I'd also say not to put too much weight on some of the negative reviews. Champlung Mas is an older-style hotel, so if you're expecting five-star luxury, this probably isn't the place for you. However, if you're looking for friendly service, large comfortable rooms, a fantastic rooftop pool, and great value for money, I'd definitely recommend it. We enjoyed our stay so much that we'll be staying there again next year.

Wonderfylly helpful staff on reception & all other staff I had interactions with were personable & friendly. Comfy bed, clean & tidy. Great value for money with 2 pools, 1 being adults only. Fantastic location!
