I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Hassan at Olea Restaurant for his outstanding service and exceptional kindness. From the moment we arrived until we left, Hassan treated us with genuine warmth, respect, and professionalism. He made us feel as if we were family rather than just guests. He was always attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and constantly striving to provide us with the best possible dining experience. His positive attitude, sincere care, and dedication truly made our visit memorable. Staff members like Hassan are a true asset to Olea and one of the main reasons we would happily return. Thank you, Hassan, for your excellent hospitality and for making our experience so special. You truly deserve the highest praise.

My stay with St Regis was absolutely fantastic. Everything was great: the service was great, the rooms were great, the food was FANTASTIC, and the staff was extremely helpful. Service was great as well. Probably the best resort you can get in Abu Dhabi. The only thing that could be better is kids club. The kids club works 15:00-18:00, which I think is not good

Beautiful hotel with amazing room view. I love St Regis hotels, they are always classy. It was my first time in Saadiyat in hotel and I don’t regret about the choice. Delicious breakfast in big restaurant with you can listen to singing of birds which come here from the terrace, great clean sea with many sun beds and big pool, specials room with comfortable beds and amazing sea view from he room. A lot of zone for Photoshoot. And big area to walk. I really enjoyed my time there! Staff were always attentive and polite.

I came for a short break with my daughter age 10 recently, a girls trip. We had the best relaxing time! The buffet restaurant had everything we needed and food was exceptional quality and the restaurant staff really amazing remembering us by name and where we liked to sit and chatting to us . Very close location to the malls. The staff were truly amazing and looked after us very well. We asked silly questions all the time like where are the toilets, how far is this mall or that mall , what is outside over there … :) Staff were always polite and very helpful. As my husband and son were not travelling with us at this time we did not book a suite , just a normal room with 2 large beds but it was great ! Spacious enough for us both and to accommodate my daughters millions of shopping bags … bathroom sectioned in 2 for us separately I was very happy. Will definitely come again.

Had an amazing time at St. Regis Saadiyat Island Abu Dhabi's pool and beach area. We called around to a few different beach clubs beforehand, and this one stood out as the best value - great pricing, excellent facilities, and lots of nice extras. The property is beautifully maintained, the pool is spacious, and the beach access is super convenient with clean sand and comfortable loungers. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout, water was offered constantly, and fresh towels were always available. Special thanks to Mr. Saw, one of the waiters at the pool and beach area - his service was outstanding. He was polite, attentive, and even proactively asked about allergies and food preferences, which really showed how much he cared about the guest experience. We also dined at Catch restaurant on the St. Regis property a week earlier and had a wonderful time there too. Between the beach club experience and the excellent service, we ended up coming back to the same beach for a second day in a row - and honestly, it's made us seriously consider staying at the hotel itself next time, not just visiting for the day.

I had the wonderful opportunity to return to a resort that I had the privilege of working on as the Site Architect for two years. It was truly a pleasure to see the property still maintained in pristine condition even after 16 years. The resort continues to impress with its magnificent pool, thoughtfully designed with multiple sections for lap swimming, families, and even a volleyball area. The Sontaya Restaurant, surrounded by water and featuring stunning interiors, remains one of the highlights of the property. The beautiful white sandy beach adds to the overall charm and tranquillity of the experience. Our youngest son had a fantastic time at the kids’ club, and the warmth and hospitality of the staff made our stay even more memorable. Special thanks to Matthew and Kanchan for arranging the champagne ceremony and making us feel truly welcomed. We are very grateful for the generous room upgrade from resort view to sea view, as well as the early check-in and late check-out arrangements, which made our stay even more comfortable. The luxurious lobby, magnificent chandeliers, and elegant furniture create a grand first impression. The valet team, luggage handlers, and door attendants were exceptionally hardworking, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. It was a nostalgic and rewarding experience to revisit a place that holds special memories, and we appreciate everyone who contributed to making our stay so enjoyable.
