Hotel River Palace

this was the last night of a vacation with a group and they brought us to this hotel and lucky we were the air-conditioning with fabulous one of the best I’ve been since I’ve been in Italy. The room was very nice fairly great tales bedding was great even TV was good. Breakfast was very good. They have an old building like with lots of rooms. Interesting. You have to take one elevator up and then take another elevator up if you’re on the second floor above, not for at all from a shopping district area. I highly recommend this hotel. Actually I wish we’d stayed longer so it was so comfortable.

I stayed here in March and had a great experience overall! The hotel was spotless, the location was very convenient, and the staff were always kind and welcoming. Breakfast had a good selection, and everything was well organized. The only minor issue was that the room was a little tight for three people, but it didn’t take away from our stay. I’d happily stay here again.

I have no idea how this hotel is so highly rated. I have literally just stayed in the tiniest room I have ever been in (room 707) other than on a train. It is overwhelmingly expensive yet you cannot get anything at all to drink (not even a glass of water) until the "bar" opens at 17.00 hrs. How in god's name does this place get 4 stars? My advice would be to find a chain like Ibis or MotelOne because at least there you can swing a cat around in the rooms. It isn't worth the effort, and certainly isn't worth the money. Stay away.

Das Hotel ist sauber und ordentlich! Das Personal freundlich und die Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Stadrtouren Rom, sehr passend! Jedoch ein Zimmer mit franz.Bett (1,40m x 1,90m) was dann keinen Platz mehr übrig hat um 2 Koffer auf dem Fußboden zu öffnen, lässt mich nicht gerade schmunzeln (ca.12qm). Das Bad 4qm läßt es in der Dusche nicht zu,um sich darin die Füße zu waschen! Also 👌, selbst wenn nur zum Städtetripp gebucht, aber für zwei Personen schon eine Zumutung!

We had a wonderful stay at the River Palace Hotel in Rome and were particularly impressed by the lovely staff, who were consistently helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. The room was incredibly cosy and provided a perfect retreat after a busy day of sightseeing, with all the comfort we could have asked for. The hotel is in a great location, making it incredibly easy to explore the city's main attractions on foot while still feeling like a peaceful base to return to. We really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly and well-situated hotel in the heart of Rome.

We stayed here during the summer. We had an amazing time. The buffet breakfast was delicious. It offered a variety of different options from eggs, sausages, breads, fruit, cheeses, meats, pastries etc. perfect location. Quiet at night. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops, churches etc. Highly recommend. Staff are kind, courteous and very friendly.
