This is the worst resort I stayed in Maldives.. In the reception only one guy is managing check in & check out.. So much delay for both.No proper guidance. If you have to move to any place u will loose ur 1 hour by Waiting their buggy. Their app system is very complicated..We booked all inclusive package in over water villa .. But in menu we can order only one thing in all their restaurants other than buffet time. I am confused the what is difference between all inclusive and Ala carte.. Lastly from the time we checked in I told them our boat to Mafushi from Airport is at 1.10 pm ..The slowest nd single men army managing the front office made all delay and we reached Airport at 1.30 pm and we lost our boat.. The guy who assured we will get our boat vanished in the airport.. Our half day plans totally lost because of the irresponsible behaviour by Sai staff.. I contacted to tell my concern to Reception staff Sana.. She put call on hold for 30 min and then she disconnected the call in very arrogant way.. I won't suggest any of my friends & families this Resort..

Wonderful pool bar and restaurant! We didn't stay at Saii but visited most days whilst staying at Hard Rock and had a wonderful time doing so. Beautiful Saii pool with stunning views. Very calm and peaceful. Excellent bar staff, managed exceptionally well by Ranga. Ranga always goes out of his way to make sure everyone is happy and provides an extremely high level of service, remembers what you like and makes you feel very welcome. It was because of him that we returned. All staff were excellent though (apologies didn't catch all names) but as well as Ranga, Naeem also looked after us very well. We visited one morning and enjoyed a delicious breakfast (lots of choice), in addition to a couple of great lunches and drinks (especially good mocktails!). A highlight was two evening meals we had at Saii pool bar. The food was amazing, fine dining standard and presented beautifully. Very talented chef from Lebanon who we enjoyed meeting. Good of Abdulla Mufyd to take time to speak with us too and to see him interacting with guests and overseeing. We had a brilliant time!

We had a beach room at our stay and it was one of the best decisions I had made. The room was perfect and cozy, the environment surrounding us was like a dream, and the overall staff were incredible sweet and friendly. I would definitely come back and stay at this exact resort, a complete 10/10!!

Только вернулись с недельного путешествия Saii Lagoon Maldives. Нам всё понравилось, начиная от местоположения, не надо лететь и плыть до резорта несколько часов. Дорога на катере заняла 20 минут. Три острова, соединенные между собой- это отличная возможность увидеть разные виды, побывать и на тусовке HardRock, и уединиться на приватных пляжах Saii. Персонал вежливый, приветливый, доброжелательный 24/7. А активности- это отдельная история. Нам не было скучно, мы боялись как бы всё успеть, всё попробовать, но при этом и побездельничать на пляже. Получилось и то, и другое! Удобно было пользоваться специальным приложением для брони 12 ресторанов! А также вызова багги по всей территории, для выбора активностей и участия в них. Еда вкусная, разные кухни с разной атмосферой в них не надоедает, а даёт то самое разнообразие. Мы в восторге ❤️

I recently stayed at SAii Lagoon Maldives for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm and welcoming, especially from Maanu, who made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Special thanks to FO team; wishah, Emily. Shipon, the buggy driver, was extremely helpful and friendly. The resort is beautifully designed, with stunning views of the crystal-clear lagoon and pristine beaches. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing everything needed for a relaxing getaway. I would like to give a special shout-out to Nilukshan from Housekeeping, who ensured our room was always spotless and that everything we needed was in order. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile, making us feel truly valued. The dining options were many and excellent, offering a variety of delicious dishes to suit different tastes. We also enjoyed exploring the resort facilities and taking in the breathtaking scenery around the island. Overall, our 2-night stay at SAii Lagoon Maldives was memorable and relaxing. I would highly recommend this resort to couples, families, and anyone looking for a perfect Maldivian getaway. A special thanks to the entire team for their exceptional hospitality. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Our 3-day stay at SAii Lagoon was absolutely fantastic! The accommodation was pretty good, and we loved having breakfast at the Pool Bar—the menu was just perfect for a morning meal. The House Reef Snorkeling with the recreation team was hands down the most amazing experience of our trip. All the restaurants located across SAii Lagoon, Hard Rock, and The Marina were incredibly delicious. While most of the staff were very kind and helpful, there were a few who seemed a bit cold, but overall it was a wonderful stay.
