There are a few resorts I was genuinely sad to leave and this was one. Overwater villas were great, the water and reef was unreal, and all of the food was really good. You can snorkel out to the reef without paying for an excursion if you are a competent swimmer. Abby at turquoise, phoebe at reception, Karan with F&B, everyone was so welcoming and started to greet you by name just after a few days. The spa was wonderful and the dolphin cruise is a must.

This honeymoon trip was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtfully offered their warm congratulations and blessings. While diving, we saw so many amazing marine creatures—stingrays, sharks, sea turtles, and more. We also joined some water activities, and the crew were very attentive. They kindly helped take photos for us and patiently guided us throughout the experience. Even though our English is not very fluent, everyone here did their very best to help us understand and fully experience the beauty of the Maldives.

It was our first time in Maldives and Le Meridien really do the pictures justice and more. We had an overwater villa and it was super picturesque. Could hardly pay attention to the staff doing our room tour 🤣. The island is gorgeous and so is the house reef. We went snorkeling every day. Also loved that most staff we spoke to had pretty long tenure on the island, many being there 3/4 years. Really showed in the quality of service. Ari at Riviera was attentive, friendly and remembered our names! Hari at the gym is a cool dude. And Symon takes nice photos unprompted at the beach. On the less positive side, I wish I didnt get bit by mosquitos 4-5 times, but not sure if the resort can do anything about that. I also requested some flowers to be put in the room before we arrived but unfortunately had to follow up afterwards to get them delivered. But overall did not sour the vacation and we had a great time. Will enjoy the last day tomorrow and cant wait to come back!

Я в там две недели в июле 2026 года в двух виллах категории 2-Bedroom villa with Pool. У обеих вилл удручающее техническое состояние: пятна на столешницах, на обивке мебели. В обеих виллах холодильники для напитков ничего не охлаждали, пока я этим вопросом не занялась. У обеих вилл кондиционер в гостиной не охлаждал, поскольку закончился фреон. На второй вилле ещё проблемы с проводкой, произошло короткое замыкание, душевые – одна воняла мочой, а во второй пол был в чем-то жирном. Спуск в воду в террасы был покрыт скользкой тиной. Флаконы для косметических средств в санузлах давно нужно заменить: дозаторы ржавые, с трещинами, в потеках. Разве это уровень пятизвездочного отеля? Судя по состоянию вилл, в отеле нет системы проверки технического состояния и чистоты вилл перед заселением гостей. Они работают исключительно по факту обращения гостя. Я лично по каждой неисправности писала гест-менеджеру. Сервис оставляет желать лучшего. Наш гест-менеджер иногда по три дня не появлялась в чате, а когда я ей писала об очередной беде на вилле отвечала просто: "сделаем". Даже не здоровалась иногда. Отель берет деньги с гостей как за исправные виллы, а по факту предоставляет антисанитарные и технически не исправные. Гость должен пару дней работать диспетчером, организовывая уборку и ремонт. С юридической точки зрения это - нарушение условий договора, оказание услуги ненадлежащего качества.

Our stay in the Maldives was absolutely unforgettable — truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The resort is stunning, with beautiful landscapes and immaculate surroundings. We loved being able to use bikes to explore the island — the forest areas are well maintained, clean, and such a refreshing escape, especially with so much greenery in the middle of the tropical heat. If you don’t have a bike, you can always request a buggy to come pick you up, or simply enjoy walking around the island at your own pace. The range of activities was excellent, from relaxing sunset yoga sessions to fun experiences like the “Ring for Rosé” at sunset. The resort offers both beach-access villas and overwater villas. We stayed in an overwater villa and it was simply amazing. It featured a suspended relaxation net and private access straight into the Indian Ocean for snorkeling. The villa had sunbeds, and while a sun umbrella could have been appreciated given the strong sun, it didn’t feel essential. The villa was very private and not visible from outside. The bathroom was fully open to the breathtaking ocean view, including the bathtub. The room temperature was perfect, the space was large, and we appreciated the separate dressing/changing room. The design was beautiful, the atmosphere peaceful and quiet, the bed extremely comfortable, and everything was spotless. The staff were incredibly kind — everyone greets you with a genuine smile. For my birthday and our anniversary, they kindly surprised us with champagne and cake, which was such a thoughtful touch. Abby and Kyra were especially wonderful — so warm and friendly, and we loved chatting with them and learning more about the island. We also had the chance to visit the greenhouse and learn how complex it is to run a resort on an island. It was impressive to see how smoothly operations run thanks to such an amazing team. The resort offers a fantastic selection of restaurants, from Spanish and Japanese cuisine to classic international dining, and every meal was delicious. Breakfast was varied, fresh, and served with a beautiful ocean view. The beaches are pristine, with complimentary water always available and plenty of clean towels. There’s also a wide range of water sports to choose from, and the staff are always happy to help organize activities. We truly had the best time in the Maldives and would return without hesitation. A perfect destination for relaxation, beauty, and unforgettable memories.

The overall experience is excellent, I would recommend any family who come to Maldives for the first time. Food is great, recommend all the restaurants, my favorite is Rivera the Spanish one. Came with family and got a great nanny service, Torsa is the kindest nanny I have ever met. She is kind and patient and my daughter enjoy the whole experience because of her, extraordinary service. Would always have this in a place of my heart, love it!
