Amazing hotel! Great for families and those with babies. We were traveling with 2 babies so we were mindful on the resort to book as there were countless in Phuket. Resort is in good location, nearby airport around 30minutes. Room was fantastic, they were renovated, and we had ocean view which was perfect. Service was great, warm and friendly. Food was good too - must try Butter chicken and Green curry plus their Thai coffee. Will come back!

Our stay at SAii was incredible. We are a family of 2 adults and a toddler. Staff are very attentive and friendly, very eager to help. Rooms are clean and tidy. The beach is nice, the sand is very soft. Food at breakfast has a great variety. The hotel also gave us a pack of kids amenities. Last but not the least, they even gave us a toddler step stool, so that the miniature could wash her hands on her own. Some minor suggestions: - the water in the bathroom could be strong. - adding number labels at sun beds or umbrellas make staff easier to deliver food at poolsides.

We had a great stay at SAii Laguna Phuket. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the restaurants were also very good. The beach was clean, sandy, and perfect for relaxing. Overall, we had a wonderful time. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

I have booked this resort reason for the Phuket Marathon, this resort is nearby the starting point of the Marathon event. The resort has a good view of the beach, there are many facilities , such as fitness centre, swimming pool, restaurant and club house. I would appreciated that the resort can provide early check in for us. Then, we can drop down the luggage and visit attractions smoothly. Last but not least, the staff are very helpful and nice! We did not know how to going to the gym room, so we wrongly entry the Club house, but the staff not only tell us how to go there, she also brings us to the gym room directly. That’s why i am highly recommended this resort!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my family. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for a family getaway. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and always willing to help whenever we needed assistance. A special thanks to ChingChing for her excellent service and warm hospitality. She was very professional, attentive, and made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated her kindness and dedication. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. I look forward to visit

Had an amazing stay at SAii Laguna Phuket! The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and always kept spotless, with such a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day exploring. The service was exceptional, Jimmie and all the staff members were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive throughout our stay. We had originally planned for a Lagoon View Room, but they had upgraded us to a Sea View room, which we really appreciate. The location is also perfect, right by the beach and close to everything you need while still feeling peaceful and private. Overall, a fantastic resort experience and I would definitely stay here again.
