I visited last year as a solo traveller and paid for a deluxe sea view room. I arrived at night and was given my key. I got into the room to find I was put in the wrong room. I went down to reception and explained I paid for a deluxe sea view room. She tried to gaslight me and said I did have the right room. I said I do not as I can see the sea if I lean over my balcony and look to the right. She then tried to argue that is what a deluxe sea room is. The woman told me I had to speak to the manager in the morning and she couldn’t do anything. I spoke to the manager in the morning and she told me they had given my room to a couple and I had to stay in the room I was in for 2 nights. When pushed, I asked her for compensation as I had paid extra. She gave me a free meal voucher, I said that isn’t enough to cover the money I paid for. I was then given 2 massage vouchers. On my last day, reception called my phone in the room. They asked what time I was leaving. I said I had paid for late check out. The receptionist said they have a couple coming today and the cleaners need to get in the room. I told her no, and they can disappoint the couple like they disappointed me for the first 2 nights. The audacity of the staff to add another nail in the coffin on my stay was incredible. When I checked out, there was no I am sorry for what has happened on your stay or thank you for staying with us. I gave the key back and there was silence from the receptionist. Terrible service, extremely unprofessional and I will gladly never be back. Solo travellers, don’t come to this hotel as you will not be respected.

Voltunk már ebben az öbölben egy szomszédos hotelben. Most ide jöttünk,de nem bántuk meg! Nagyon tetszik a hotel elhelyezkedése. Tetszik,hogy nyitott a tenger felé és nincs kerítés. A személyzet rendkívüli! Barátságosak,közvetlenek,mintha már visszajáró vendégek lennénk. Pasquale és Gabi a TOP! A reggeli választék bőséges és finom. Az a’la carte ételek rendkívül finomak. A hotel előtti öbölben csodálatos a víz. Októberben remélem vissza tudunk menni.

A gem off just off main Napa that was quiet, near a lovely. Great breakfast and super friendly staff Liked · The hotel's location off the main road in Napa is in a quiet area with its own beach (almost). So, if you want the pool and then the beach, they are all within a few feet of each other. The staff was excellent! Each morning, the owner made a fresh greek coffee. Breakfast was incredible - lots of variety and all fresh. A short walk into the main bustling Napa was convenient. It's a small hotel so fights for sunbeds around the pool. Disliked · The hotel was showing small signs of wear and tear. But nothing to worry about. The hotel was always clean and the maid service was great! .

Beetje gedateerd hotel met een klein zwembad Top gerund door heel gastvrije staf en personeel. Heel vriendelijk en servicegericht .. Superschoon , goede bedden . Vlak bij shops , heerlijk zandstrandje en openbaar vervoer . Verwacht geen hoogstandjes , ook het entertainment is gedateerd. Het eten is van zeer goede kwaliteit, zowel ontbijt als diner . Rustig hotel op een rustige plek in Ayia Napa .

Good location and a comfortable stay overall. The breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel is well positioned for exploring Ayia Napa and the surrounding beaches. The only downsides were a quite noticeable old smell in some areas of the hotel and quite thin walls, so noise from neighbouring rooms could sometimes be heard. Overall, ok stay and good value for the location.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel, great location, access to beach straight outside, no passing traffic! Staff are SO attentive, especially Gaby who makes our stays so great, her attention to detail, personality and care goes a long way! The whole waiting team are great - will definitely be back again for a third break! Thank you!
