Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt im Gennadi Grand Resort und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den hervorragenden Service. Das gesamte Personal war jederzeit äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Man wurde immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt, wenn man an den Mitarbeitern vorbeigegangen ist. Besonders beeindruckend fanden wir, dass sich das Personal nach kurzer Zeit gemerkt hat, dass wir aus Deutschland kommen, und uns sogar auf Deutsch begrüßt hat – eine sehr schöne und persönliche Geste. Auch das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück und Abendessen war durchweg freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets bemüht, den Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen gab es eine große Auswahl, alles war sehr lecker, frisch und von hoher Qualität. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Man merkt, dass viel Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit gelegt wird. Die Zimmer sind modern, ordentlich und bieten alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Insgesamt ein wunderschönes Resort mit tollem Ambiente, hervorragendem Service und sehr gutem Essen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Naprosto úžasný hotel. Skvělé ubytování, skvělé jídlo. Trochu nám vadil velmi malý výběr možností a jídla k obědu a to i s programem ultra all inclusive. Filozofie hotelu je dobrá, snídaně a večeře formou bufetu, obědy a là carte na objednávku přes aplikaci. Problém je v tom, že jsou k dispozici pouze dvě restaurace a jeden bar na pláži. Jedna z restaurací na oběd beznadějně obsazena. Na večeře je víc možností. Bazény perfektně udržované a čisté, stejně tak pokoje. Velmi přátelský a milý personál. Trochu jsem postrádali zastínění terasy v dopoledních hodinách. Pokoj otočený k moři směrem na jihovýchodní stranu, dopoledne by trochu stínu bylo fajn. Celkově obrovská spokojenost. Vřele doporučuji. Pozor na dress code na obědy a večeře v restauracích. A abych nezapomněla čisté a teplé moře. Co jsem moc nepochopila proč plážové osušky nemění úklidový servis, ale musí se s nimi na recepci spa. Ale to je detail👍🏼

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Besonders begeistert hat uns die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals. Jeder war stets herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die ruhige Atmosphäre des Hotels hat unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Es war tatsächlich der erste Urlaub, von dem wir gar nicht nach Hause zurückkehren wollten. Das sagt eigentlich alles. Wenn wir einen kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag machen dürften, dann würden wir uns wünschen, dass die griechische Küche und frische Meeresfrüchte etwas stärker im Restaurant vertreten wären. Das ist natürlich Geschmackssache und soll die insgesamt hervorragende Bewertung keineswegs schmälern. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die großartige Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

This hotel resort is amazing. My old room was quite noisy at night from music and in the morning from the children at the pool. Without any problems I got a different room. The new room was very quiet, spacious and clean. The room had all the amenities you needed (soap, body lotion, shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, bathrobes, 3 different towel sizes, slippers, 2 sizes of pillows). What I want to highlight is the staff here. They are friendly and forthcoming and their English is amazing. The food is some of the best hotel food I've ever had. The drinks are also good, but it can take quite some time for them to arrive at the table. The sports program could be a bit bigger, but there are still different possibilities (yoga classes, personal tennis trainer, beachvolleyball, stand up paddle, kajak, Jetski, aqua gymnastics, gym). The beach is a pebble beach, but that is for me even better than sand. The only really bad thing here are the mosquitos in the evening, so definitely bring a repellent with you! All in all, this hotel resort is wonderful.

We had a fantastic stay at Gennadi Grand Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming and attentive, making us feel well looked after throughout our stay. The resort itself is beautiful, with modern rooms, stunning pool areas and immaculate grounds. There was always plenty of space to relax, and the atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious without ever feeling crowded. The gennadi beach was extremely clean and well maintained, offer sun loungers, a bar where you can get drinks, games such as naughts and cross. You could even get some books to read to really slow down and relax. The food was excellent, with a great variety of options available with the main buffet, an Italian restaurant, steakhouse, Greek restaurant and then the lunch time restaurant by the pool. The variety of food and attention to detail with the food was incredible and we would say what makes Lindos Hotels stand out. We particularly enjoyed spending our days by the pool and exploring the resort's facilities. The perk of staying in a suite with a private pool you had the option of staying in your suite or going to the main pool getting food and drink. One of the highlights for us was simply how relaxing the whole experience was. Everything was well maintained, the service was consistently friendly, and it was easy to switch off and enjoy our holiday. We would happily recommend Gennadi Grand Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay in Rhodes, and we hope to return in the future.
