Spent a week at this hotel with my wife and two young kids and had a great stay. The location is excellent — around a 10–15 minute walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was fantastic. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, which was probably one of the best hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Breakfast was really nice with a good selection each morning. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, and Sara from the animation team was especially great with the kids. The only thing to be aware of is that the hotel is built into the side of a hill, so there are quite a lot of lifts. We were staying on the top floor and needed to take four lifts just to get to the pool. Because of this, I’d recommend requesting a lower-floor room if possible. That said, it definitely wouldn’t put me off returning, and I’d happily recommend this hotel to others.

Podría decir que es un apartamento bien ubicado con muy buenas instalaciones y servicios, pero la verdad es que, gracias al personal, que son muy profesionales, para mí es un 5 estrellas. Tengo que darles las gracias por el cariño que han depositado en mi familia a Yliana, Sallam, William, Emma, Yaritza... Son los pocos nombres que pude recopilar, por eso también a todos los demás, aunque no los he nombrado, he de darles las gracias por darnos esa calidez con que nos han acogido. Gracias al personal de recepción por facilitar todo y por su tan buena atención, ya que los molesté bastante, y no menos, también muchas gracias a los que hacen posible que las instalaciones tengan un tan buen mantenimiento, las piscinas, los jardines, la limpieza, y sea tan agradable estar allí. El Spa, la atención tan agradable que nos dieron y con muy buena limpieza y tan completo. He dicho poco para todo lo bien que se han portado con nosotros. Estuve una semana completa con mi familia y me han ayudado y facilitado todo para mi bebé. El apartamento en el que me hospedé era el superior, con una habitación, muy cómodo. El baño grande y con buena accesibilidad. Una terraza grande con ducha, césped y dos hamacas, perfecto para el bebé, con aire acondicionado en la habitación y en el salón. La cocina está genial. No tengo nada malo que decir. Es la segunda vez que estoy y volveré a repetir, de nuevo, ¡gracias a todos de corazón!

Quiet location in May (before uk half term) Hotel its self has good staff, spacious apartments we had 3 apartments in total. 2 of them the sekf closing door mechanism broke on but not a massive issues. Clean rooms lovely west facing big balconies for afternoon sun. We would come back here. The area its self can be quiet. Its very safe nobody trying to sell you drugs and dodgy stuff. Market day is good for bargains. 10 minute walk from the beach and the harbour. Loads of nice eating places nearby. Didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment but looked like buffet. There's a snack bar by pool and a infinity quiet pool which is nice. Also snack bar upstairs. We did the spa which is nice although in need of refurbishment bits of crumbling wall in the floating pool and railings are loose. Over all good and would return please just fix the spa and maybe make check in a bit quicker thank you

It really is home from home. I’ve been staying here year after year for around seven years now, and it’s just perfect. It’s worth noting that I stay in the superior apartment, which is definitely worth the upgrade. The super high ceilings make it feel much bigger, and the air conditioning is excellent and works super fast. The room itself is a great size and has everything you need for a two week stay, with excellent cooking facilities and an even better, huge bathroom. The location is spot on, right in the heart of Mogan, about a ten minute walk to the beach, with lots of local restaurants nearby and one on site. It’s also close to a supermarket and the bus station, making it incredibly easy and cheap to travel all over Gran Canaria. The pools are lovely, not too warm and not too cold, and the bar and entertainment are great. The housekeeping team are always lovely, and every single member of staff we walk past says hello no matter who they are, which really adds to the welcoming atmosphere. The bar staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming, and there are pool tables available all day and all night. While I don’t have kids, the children’s play area always seems busy, which is a good sign. I honestly just love it here and keep coming back for a reason.

This was a great hotel for our first trip with three little ones. We loved the choice of pools, splash parks and hot tubs. The mini soft play area by the bar was nice to entertain the kiddos also. Great customer service from reception, bar staff, entertainment, cleaners and lifeguards. The female lifeguard was non stop running around, helped me find sunbeds and came and brought me first aid supplies for my little one - she really goes above and beyond for people so thank you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Una estancia de 10, de principio somos repetidores!! Una experiencia fantástica. Para nosotros, el hotel es de 100 sobre 100. Todo ha sido perfecto y, sin duda, repetiremos. Queremos hacer una mención especial a Marcos, de recepción, que hizo todo lo posible para que pudiéramos tener la misma habitación del año pasado. Un detalle que valoramos muchísimo y que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera todavía más especial. Además, consiguió ofrecernos un precio increíble. Da gusto encontrarse con profesionales así, que se preocupan de verdad por sus clientes y hacen todo lo posible para que se sientan como en casa. Empezamos nuestra vacaciones felices, con ganas a descansar y disfrutar. ❤️ ¡Gracias por todo! 🌴☀️
