One of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. This was my second visit to Bull Reina. My first stay was exceptional, which is why I returned, but this experience was completely different. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We were initially given a room that smelled strongly of smoke. When we requested a different room, we weren't given any real options. The room had no shampoo, conditioner, or tissues. I spoke to Rosa at reception, who said housekeeping would bring them. However, housekeeping later told us that the hotel only provides a combined body wash and shampoo and does not supply conditioner at all. For a hotel of this standard, these are very basic amenities that should be provided. The food was disappointing—often cold, with very limited vegetarian options. The bath towels were extremely small, and we were expected to use the same beach towel for the entire week. On our first evening at dinner, I politely asked a waiter if we could sit outside and was abruptly shouted at and told no. It was our first night, and there was no need to speak to guests that way. I was also travelling to celebrate my birthday. My sister had requested a birthday surprise in advance, but when she contacted reception on the day, she was told it should have been arranged earlier. They wouldn't even send up a small slice of cake, which was incredibly disappointing. The reception service throughout our stay was poor and came across as dismissive and unhelpful. On the day we left, I witnessed reception giving incorrect information to multiple guests. A member of staff—a lady with glasses—told guests they couldn't get a taxi outside the hotel and would need to call one, so my sister did exactly that. Moments later, I came downstairs and saw a taxi waiting outside. When I signalled to reception to call my sister, the receptionist simply waved her finger to say no. Another guest was also upset after being told they would have to wait 15 minutes for a taxi, despite taxis clearly being available. It was frustrating to see guests being misinformed. To make matters worse, our bedsheets were dirty when we arrived, although the cleaners did resolve this promptly when it was reported. The only positive part of our stay was the spa. The lady working there was absolutely wonderful and deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. It's incredibly disappointing because I left a glowing review after my stay last June, but I've removed it after this experience. Sadly, this visit was horrific, and I won't be returning or recommending this hotel.

sehr schönes, gepflegtes Hotel mit super Lage Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind schön groß, modern eingerichtet, die Betten sind groß und bequem (wir hatten Zimmer 531, Meerblick), inklusive Wasserkocher, Tee, Kühlschrank, es gibt nichts, was fehlt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Schön ist der lauschige Innenhof mit wohlklingender, ruhiger Musik, in dem man ebenso entspannt frühstücken wie sich tagsüber oder abends aufhalten kann. Mit wunderbarem Meerblick. Der Pool- und Spa-Bereich im Dachgeschoss ist ebenso schön und praktisch wie die auf dem großen Strand befindlichen, inkludierten Strandliegen und Sonnenschirme. Sehr praktisch ist auch der kostenfreie Hotelparkplatz, hierhin wurde auch unser extern gebuchter Mietwagen gebracht. Nur mit dem Tresor im Zimmer gab es zweimal Probleme, die aber immer schnell behoben wurden.

Ansich ist das Zimmer oke Die ausstattung auch mit fitness und spa und pool und Strandabschnitt mit eigene liegen. Aber Parkplatz ist Katastrophe. Ab 18uhr sperren sie den zugang sobalt es voll ist. Und dann fahren zwischenzeitlich leute raus und da muss man extra zu denen hingehn und bescheid geben und sagen es ist was frei und dann macht er erst auf. Zuviel kopf stress für Urlauber. Das schlimmere ist das Frühstück. Über 20€ täglich und jedes geschirr ist dreckig und riecht nach Ei. Extrem eklig konnte nichts trinken dort. Habe das Hotel gebucht wegen die guten Frühstückskommentare. Das war Für mich ne 3 von 10 Jeden Tag dasselbe und sehr wenig auswahl, wenn man es vergleicht mit anderen billigeren Hotels. Lieber 200€ weniger zahlen und draußen frühstücken als sowas. Standort ist auch nicht so gut. Wir sind jeden Tag in den Süden gefahren da ist mehr los. Dachte mir besser die Hauptstadt nehmen, aber das war ein Fehler.

This was our first holidays with my fiancee. We chose this hotel for the convenient location with the half board package and we chose a seaview double room. We had an amazing time in general! I am working as a Manager in a hotel as well so my feedback will be honest and constructive to help people choose this hotel for their holidays but also the Management to be able to improve a few things. Before we arrived I contacted the Front Office to arrange a small surprise in the room upon arrival. Lidia & Noemi perfectly arranged everything as requested and they made our arrival so special. Thank you so much for that! When we arrived from the airport, a kind man took our suitcases directly to our room, something that surprised me for a 4* hotel. Antonio made our check-in and gave us all the information, what a kind & professional man. During the whole stay he supported us the best way possible. Unfortunately the room was not exactly as in the description. In the description we booked a seaview double bed (queen-size) but our room was a seaview twin (2 separate beds). This was disappointing, but we didn't want to put any pressure on the team, especially after such a warm welcome. But I wanted to share this detail. The following days, the Front Office helped us to arrange an excursion to the Maspalomas Dunes with bus transfer directly from the hotel. Great service provided. Everytime we approached the Front Desk they helped us with a smile. 3 days before our check-out we requested a late check out, because we had a late flight. We were asking daily if there are any updates regarding our request, but we were advised to ask the day of the departure. Unfortunately, they told us that a late check out wasn't possible due to availability. They provided a courtesy room for 20 minutes with an appointment just to change. Not ideal. Having never been to the canaries we didn't know what to expect, even as we walked in for the first time and had trouble finding parking, the staff went out of their way to ensure we could get out rental car parked without being charged over and above! We stayed for 5 nights and the hotel was beautiful, clean and had a great atmosphere, the food served at breakfast and dinner was not the typical buffet food we expected, instead it was freshly cooked and incredibly good! The hotel had everything we needed and more, we were blown away by the services available to us. The hotel location was perfect, we were able to walk out onto the beach every morning before it got busy, walk along the promenade during the day for ice cream then again in the evening for dinner and drinks. While we did go to the local water park and the sand dunes, we actually spent most of our time walking the promenade and sitting on the beach, the rental car felt like overkill as everything we needed was there. While every single member of staff was friendly, helpful and just happy to go out of their way to help us with a smile on their face, a special thanks to Roberto & Alexandro is deserved, during our stay they helped us with everything, were always happy for a chat and just went what felt like above and beyond for us every single day, they just made us feel so welcomed and at home. We would happily come back here and would love to come back here again! 12/10!

Super hotel! Super personeel en een geweldige lokatie. Als je wat zoekt boek dan hier, zeker las palmas is aan te raden om heen te gaan als je niet van al dat toerisme houd. Hebben er 2 weken gezet, alle dagen schone kamer bedden opgemaakt en nieuwe handdoeken. Ontbijt was prima niets op aan te merken. In die twee week vierde ik mijn verjaardag en na een dag we te zijn geweest stond er een verrassing voor mij klaar! Spa gebied en zwembad prima her en der mochten daar wat kritischer naar gekeken worden maar dan ben ik aan ‘t muggenziften. Wij hebben er genoten van ons verblijf en als we weer naar gran canaria gaan is dit het hotel waar we weer willen zijn! Als ik een tip mag geven, parkeren bij het hotel is geen zekerheid er zijn iets van 20-30 plekken en daarna moet je of wachten of naar een parkeergarage, mijn tip ga naar de parkeer garage nabij het aquarium dat is 4-5 min lopen, een weekkaart kopen (€30) en je hebt er geen last meer van.
