Un hotel de lujo en su Royal Level, habitación Swin Up (T.I.). No ubicaron en esquina y fue perfecto. Lástima que climatizaron la piscina posteriormente, nosotros nos lo perdimos. El buffet impresionante, productos ibéricos y de buena calidad. El servicio discreto, agradable y amables. El Only Adults merece la pena, tranquilidad garantizada. La habitación y la limpieza genial.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay, particularly as a family managing severe food allergies. I have a severe nut allergy, and my son has multiple serious food allergies. We chose this hotel expecting it would be able to cater safely for guests with allergies, but unfortunately our experience was very poor. The allergy-friendly options were incredibly limited. Every day my son was offered virtually the same meal – plain chicken with either chips or potatoes and some very overcooked vegetables. There was very little variety, and it quickly became repetitive. For me, there were no suitable pastries or desserts available throughout our stay, and no real alternatives were offered. Most concerningly, my son suffered an allergic reaction during our holiday. While I appreciate that managing allergies can be complex, it left us feeling very anxious and not at all confident in the hotel’s ability to cater safely for guests with serious dietary requirements. Aside from the allergy issues, there were other disappointing aspects of the hotel. The swimming pools were far too cold, especially considering we visited at the end of July. It made them uncomfortable to use, even during the hottest part of the day. The gym also has no air conditioning, making it extremely hot and unpleasant to work out in. Overall, if you or your children have food allergies, I would not recommend this hotel. The lack of suitable food, limited choice, and our experience during the holiday meant it was far from the relaxing break we had hoped for. I expected a much higher standard of care and catering from a hotel of this calibre.

Muy buen hotel que vale lo que cuesta y ubicado cerca de las playas y el poblado de Playa Blanca. Las instalaciones y el recinto del complejo hotelero son muy grandes. Las piscinas tienen un tamaño impresionante, haciendo que incluso en temporada alta, no estén masificadas. El buffet es amplio y la comida es muy variada y está muy buena. Además, se repone hasta que termina las horas de comida, haciendo que nunca falte comida. El personal y sobre todo, l@s camarer@s del comedor y el bar Champs son muy amables y atentos. Los espectáculos de la noche son muy variados, aunque muy horario "guiri". Los únicos peros que he encontrado son los siguientes: la disposición del lavamanos y ducha en las habitaciones superiores es "rara", estando en mitad de la habitación. Supongo que es acostumbrarse. Por otro lado, el suelo alrededor de las piscinas resbala mucho si vas mojado, siendo algo peligroso. Supongo que está así porque lo limpian con una máquina que parece que lija el suelo. En definitiva, muy buena experiencia en este hotel y prácticamente nada que objetar. Deseando volver algún día.

Excepcional experiencia en Barcelò Playa Blanca Lanzarote. Una semana de vacaciones, en régimen de todo incluido, inolvidable. Las instalaciones son preciosas, grandes, cuidadas y limpias hasta el extremo. El bufet con una calidad impresionante, una decoración bellísima y comida en abundancia en calidad y cantidad, además varían mucho entre comidas y cenas los diferentes días, no te aburres en absoluto. El equipo de trabajadores, desde recepción, socorristas, animación infantil, animación musical…un diez. Me ha encantado, excepcional relación calidad/ precio. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Hotel espectacular. Desde que entras ya notas estar en un sitio con un servicio extraordinario. Te reciben con una bebida de bienvenida, viendo las piscinas espectaculares. Durante toda la estancia, los trabajadores están con una sonrisa, atendiendo y trabajando sin parar. La limpieza de las habitaciones de 10, la comida variada. Llevo ya 7 días y no he repetido nunca. El todo incluido merece la pena, vi como le cobraban el otro día por un granizado sin alcohol 5'5€ y me alegré de tener la pulsera. Traer botella refill, no dan botellas, tienen fuentes en todos los bares. La playa está a 5 minutos , es artificial y preciosa. Tienes un gran paseo, no nos lo hemos acabado aún, estás al lado del puerto y también de la zona del paseo marítimo. Gran sitio para venir y disfrutar. Es mi primera vez en Barceló, y no sé si son todos así, pero este TOP.

This is a brilliant hotel the minute you walk in the front glass doors the hotel has the wow factor. Stunning entrance and big glass view of fuerteventura. The hotel is super clean and has everything you need for an amazing holiday. The hotel rooms are very nice and spacious. If your a couple the shower in the middle of the room isn't an issue but if you are stopping with family it's not private at all. The pools are massive one is heated one is not and freezing but for me was refreshing when it was boiling. The hotel sits right on the Rubicon marina and underneath the hotel by the sea is an Indian restaurant a Chinese an Italian, Spanish you name it. So if so get bored of the all inclusive you can have a wonder have some nice food. 2 course Indian and a beer each though will set you back about 85 to 100 euros. The stage is impressive for the entertainment and have some not bad acts on. I would highly recommend doing the buggy volcano excursion and the submarine tour. Both around 60-90 pound per person. Always room on the sun beds they have trolleys tables etc. would definitely go again.
