Pros: isolated beach across the road and lovely pool. Cons: The walk from the rooms at the end is very very long just to escape the complex. The staff are pretty uninterested. Some are welcoming and lovely but most seem frustrated to deal with patrons. The pool is shut at 7pm - never experienced such a ridiculously early time to shut the pool in a hot climate. The pool bar is slow and expensive. Breakfast was quite limited and pretty disappointing. We had to change rooms as a result of the toilet being blocked that they seemed to know about but failed to let us know about when we took the room. The ac and power turns off everytime you leave the room so charging things or keeping the room cool isn't possible. The shower seems to have boarded floating floors on the ground and the water pools on the ground after a shower. The food options are some what limited in the area - you can take a bike from the hotel with a deposit but the bikes are not well looked after! Getting a grab can be difficult as it's a little out of the way but local bikes to transport a few people are readily available especially in the evenings. Honestly I wouldn't recommend this place at all - find another option.

I stayed at this resort mainly because it is close to the airport, as I had an early morning flight. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the resort is in a very isolated area with not much to do nearby, and you usually need a Grab to go anywhere or explore good food as mostly 7-Elevens are available nearby. The resort is quite spread out, so the walk from reception to the rooms is long. At night, this walk feels uncomfortable and a bit scary, especially for solo travelers. The staff seemed disinterested, and the breakfast options were limited. Okay for a one night stay, but not recommended for longer stays.

⭐️ 1/5 – Completely irresponsible and incompetent Despite confirming and taking full payment, the hotel refused to provide us with a room. We specifically booked this hotel near the airport due to an early morning flight. After a long taxi ride (around 90 minutes) to reach the property, we were told at the front desk that the hotel was fully booked and that our reservation had been canceled. To be clear: We received no email, no call, and no message about any cancellation. The booking was fully paid and confirmed. Despite this, our room was simply given away. The only “solution” offered was for us to travel an additional two hours by car to another affiliated hotel — completely unreasonable given our early flight. As a result, we had to: • Find and book another hotel at the last minute on our own cost • Pay for another taxi • Deal with unnecessary stress, exhaustion and lost time This is not acceptable service. Canceling paid reservations without notice and leaving guests stranded shows serious mismanagement and a lack of integrity. I would strongly advise against staying here, especially if you’re traveling for a flight. This hotel cannot be trusted.

La première impression avec des bâtiments délabrés et en ruines devant la partie chambres de l'hôtel donne une très mauvaise image et déçoit. Pour un standing de type resort ce n'est pas possible...le service n'est pas chaleureux, pas de bonjour des différents personnels, pas de sourires, là non plus rien à voir avec un standing resort...la piscine côté jardin est magnifique (à entretenir par endroit) et le jardin agréable. Les bâtiments des chambres sont fonctionnels, une architecture à la soviétique, pas de déco et des immenses couloirs. Le petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur, de la quantité oui mais une piètre qualité, le beurre c'est de la margarine, confitures très chimiques...La plage est très belle et l'hôtel est au calme,voire trop isolé, il faut une voiture ou prendre un tuk tuk. L'offre de restauration à proximité très moyenne...hôtel envahi par les russes...bref piscine et plage très bien, bâtiment du lobby sympa dans un esprit thaï, pour le reste non c'est décevant... dommage car il y a du potentiel. Il faut mieux considérer les touristes et faire quelque chose pour détruire ces bâtiments en ruines du plus mauvais effet.

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht wegen unserem Rückflug da: Nettes Hotel, allerdings sehr groß und daher laut und wuselig. Viele Russen. Auch in der Umgebung findet man hauptsächlich Russen. Kaum Einheimische oder andere Nationalitäten. Das Hotel selbst sieht auf den Bilder besser aus, als es in Wirklichkeit ist (ist supergut fotografiert). Finde es daher leider zu teuer. Das Zimmer war allerdings sehr schön. Die Badewanne auf dem Balkon wäre ein Highlight gewesen, wenn das Wasser nicht die ganze Zeit abgelaufen wäre (der Stopfen war nicht dicht). Aber was solls. War ja nur für 1 Nacht.

Das ist eins meiner Lieblingshotels in Phuket wenn man auf Luxus und einen überaus guten Pool steht. Man kann dort auch sehr schön Bilder machen. Das Frühstück ist super, die Zimmer fantastisch und die Lage sehr ruhig. Direkt am Strand, leider ohne Sonnenliegen am Strand, dafür aber am Pool. Es gibt einen Poolbereich für Kinder und auch viele ruhigere Plätze mit viel Schatten. Es ist fantastisch, kommt vorbei und seht selbst.
