Прекрасный отель с шикарным расположением. Единственное что не дотягивает до твердых 5 балов это номера, они уже явно имеют следы некоторого износа, но при этом чистота и комфорт в них все равно отличные. И Вы же едите на Родос не для того, чтобы сидеть в номере!?). Пляж - очень хороший, и хотя в других отзывах пишут что вход в воду не очень комфортный из за бетонной плиты, но купите рифовые тапки и нет проблем. При этом возле пляжа плавают рыбки, нарыть с маской интересно. В целом на пляже чисто и ухожено. Очень вкусная кухня и большой выбор вин. Рестораны À la Cart тоже замечательные. Хочу отметить хорошую работу всего персонала, и особенно персонал из Украины - Елизавету, Елену, Викторию, Юлию, Марину, Яну. Это был великолепный и не навязчивый сервис. Спасибо большое, это был незабываемый отдых.

An Outstanding Stay with Exceptional Service From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Our stay was truly wonderful, and it is clear that everyone at the hotel works hard to make guests feel special. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. Everywhere we looked, there was attention to detail, and the overall atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and inviting. The buffet was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious food every day. We always looked forward to meal times and were impressed by both the quality and presentation of the dishes. What made the biggest difference, however, was the people. Every member of staff we met was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. A special thank you to Andreas, the manager, who was exceptional throughout our stay. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests were evident every day. He always made time to speak with guests and ensured everything was running smoothly, making us feel truly valued. We would also like to thank Elena and Katerina from Guest Relations for their warm and attentive service, Monica at the bar for always greeting us with a smile and providing excellent service, and the fantastic animation team for creating such a fun and positive atmosphere throughout our holiday. Special thanks to Dimitri, whose energy, enthusiasm, and friendliness made every activity even more enjoyable. It is not often that you leave a hotel already thinking about when you can come back, but that is exactly how we felt. Thank you to the entire team for giving us such wonderful memories. We hope to return again soon.

Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel. The check-in process was a little lengthy and could be better signposted to make arrivals smoother. The Guest Services team was very helpful. I would especially like to recognise Katrina, who went above and beyond to assist us with organising our restaurant reservations. She kept us informed throughout, communicated well, and genuinely tried her best to help. Thank you, Katrina. I would also like to thank Hatziagorou Christina, the Rooms Division Manager, who helped address our concerns and kindly allowed us a late check-out, which we greatly appreciated. Marina at Reception and Marta from Guest Services also listened patiently to our concerns and did what they could to assist, even though some matters were beyond their control. Their professionalism and empathy were appreciated. One area for improvement would be management’s response to guest feedback. I believe Andres (if I have the name correct) could benefit from listening more carefully to guests when they are raising concerns, as feeling heard is an important part of the overall guest experience. Overall, despite a few issues, we had a good experience, and we appreciate the efforts of the staff members who worked hard to make our stay more enjoyable.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Außergewöhnliches Erlebnis – Ein Hotel der absoluten Spitzenklasse! "Wenn ich eine Bewertung schreibe, dann muss es sich wirklich gelohnt haben – und dieses Hotel hat meine Erwartungen nicht nur erfüllt, sondern in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen! Wer auf der Suche nach absoluter Premium-Qualität ist, ist hier genau richtig. Es ist von A bis Z einfach alles mega, mega gut! Die Anlage & Atmosphäre Schon beim Ankommen merkt man: Hier wird Professionalität großgeschrieben. Die gesamte Anlage ist extrem gepflegt, großzügig geschnitten und bietet genau das richtige Maß an Luxus. Alles wirkt modern und extrem durchdacht. Man hat unglaublich viel Platz, um komplett abzuschalten, die Pools sind ein absoluter Traum und das gesamte Design hebt sich extrem von normalen Standard-Hotels ab. Das Zimmer Das Zimmer war nicht nur blitzsauber, sondern auch fantastisch ausgestattet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier auf echte Qualität gesetzt und nicht an der falschen Stelle gespart wurde. Ein unfassbar bequemes Bett, hochwertige Materialien, ein tolles Bad und ein Ausblick, der einfach jeden Morgen für gute Laune sorgt. Hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Die Gastronomie Das Essen ist ein absolutes Highlight! Oft hat man in großen Hotels zwar viel Auswahl, aber die Qualität leidet – hier ist das komplett anders. Jedes Gericht ist auf höchstem Niveau zubereitet. Egal ob beim Frühstück, am Mittag oder beim Dinner: Die Qualität der Zutaten ist überragend. Es schmeckt alles extrem frisch, abwechslungsreich und so perfekt abgestimmt, dass man sich jeden Tag auf die Mahlzeiten freut. Der Service & das Team Was dieses Hotel aber wirklich unschlagbar macht, ist das Team. Der Service ist schnell, hochprofessionell und vor allem wunderbar unkompliziert. Das Personal ist jederzeit herzlich, aufmerksam und kümmert sich um jedes Anliegen, oft schon bevor man überhaupt danach fragen muss. Keine langen Wartezeiten, kein Chaos – einfach ein perfekt eingespieltes Team, das seinen Job liebt. Fazit Wer einen Urlaub sucht, bei dem wirklich alles reibungslos, professionell und auf allerhöchstem Niveau abläuft, muss hier buchen. Keine halben Sachen, sondern 100 % Qualität und pure Erholung. Ein absolut grandioser Aufenthalt – wir kommen definitiv wieder und können dieses Hotel jedem nur wärmstens und uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

For what we paid we found it a bit underwhelming.. the room we had was an upgraded sea view which was ok but quite plain. Staff are friendly but after 10 days of staying here we had to Queue for everything, drinks, ice cream, seating for breakfast lunch and dinner, getting food you had to wait and get in line. Three times we got seated and I had to go back and say we wanted to be sat together and not on different tables (7 of us) in the end I got pretty angry with one of the staff and ended up saying “I didn’t come on holiday with my family to sit on different tables” Never got close to a lounger by the pool until 5.30pm or main part of the beach.. I’m not getting up at 8am and reserving loungers.. The food was actually nice and fresh although pretty similar most nights. We only got into 2 of the 4 à la carte Restaurants. This is an all inclusive buffet resort, they don’t want you eating in the Restaurants so tell you they are fully booked when really they aren’t, we sat in the Asian restaurant for 40 minutes before anyone came over to ask us for drinks or actually anything to eat. If you like buffet and you have kids this is a great resort but I don’t feel it’s for couples. The beach is nice, rocky so hard getting in the water but it’s crystal clear and nice. The main pool is nice. Staff are nice but it’s a bit understaffed in my opinion, they need more staff trying to make you happy. I personally wont be coming back but it does have its nice points. I think for the cost there are better resorts but that’s just my/our parties opinion.

Minulý týden jsme se vrátili z dovolené a vše bylo naprosto perfektní. Moc milý personál, ochotný a usměvavý. Každý den úklid na pokoji, čisté prádlo. Jídlo bylo velice hutné a rozmanité. Bylo vždy z čeho vybírat a hlavně víno bylo opravdu vynikající. Vybavení pokojů je sice starší, ale dostačující na to, jakou dobu na pokoji strávíte. Na pláži vždy dostatek lehátek a ručníky na pláž na výměnu také super. Jen jsme malinko postrádali v programu hotelu tradiční řecký večer s hudbou a tancem, na který jsme se těšili. Okolí hotelu čisté a udržované. Rádi bychom se k Vám opět někdy vrátili. Děkujeme všem Vašim zaměstnancům, kteří se podíleli na naší příjemně strávené dovolené.
