We spent last weekend at Pandanus Beach Hotel, and overall it was a pleasant stay. The hotel staff truly stand out; they are extremely friendly, polite, and genuinely committed to maintaining good standards. You can clearly see that they work with passion and always try their level best to make guests comfortable. The food was another highlight of our stay: delicious, well-prepared, and enjoyable. When it comes to the rooms, cleanliness was good and well maintained. However, the rooms themselves feel quite old and do not fully match the pictures shown online. The floor tiles and overall room condition need refurbishment, as they look worn and take away from the hotel’s overall appeal. Improving and updating the rooms and flooring would greatly enhance the guest experience and help the hotel maintain its standards.

Had an awesome stay at Pandanus Beach! Massive shoutout to the whole team, reception, waiting staff, pool crew everyone was incredibly friendly and genuine, always ready to lend a hand. The live music at the restaurant was spot-on and set such a good vibe. Really loved initiatives like the kite festival, too, it brought so many local families together for some quality time while giving international guests a super fresh, memorable experience. Highly recommend!

Sun, Sand & Some Surprises While it might feel dated in parts, this is a solid 4-star beachfront property in Induruwa that delivers on its core promise - a relaxed, tropical escape with direct beach access, spacious rooms, and genuinely warm hospitality. It's not flawless, but the good far outweighs the not-so-good. And a great value for money LOCATION:Hard to fault this. The resort sits right on the beach along the Galle Road, with the Indian Ocean practically at your doorstep. Induruwa itself is quiet — which is both a blessing and a limitation. The Turtle Conservation Center is a short walk away, and Bentota is reachable within 15 minutes. DINE + DRINK:Breakfast is where the kitchen shines — a generous buffet with decent variety. Lunch and dinner buffets are adequate but can feel repetitive, and the menu leans heavily toward non-vegetarian options, which is a letdown if you don't eat meat. The rooftop Sky Bar was closed. But the lobby level bar was also perfect for great sundowners, lovely ocean views. ROOM: We stayed in Room 407, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; VIEW: Spectacular ocean view from the sweet Balcony attached to the room; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM:Good sized bathroom with a Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Very ok quality toiletries, bring your own if you have preferences. FACILITIES: A Very Dated and compact Gym with a basic range of weights, workout stations, and Cardio machines. Was good enough for a decent workout though. Very sweet staff taking care of it. They also have a lovely balinese style spectacularly long pool facing the ocean - more on the luxury end, compared to the worn out gym! SERVICE: Friendly staff that cared for all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home and well taken care of. Special Shout-out to NIMISH at the bar for hosting us like a rockstar! HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property, and the speed is good! Big Smart TV dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment in multiple languages

تجربتنا في منتجع Pandanus Beach Resort & Spa كانت ممتازة من البداية إلى النهاية. الاستقبال كان راقياً جداً وسريعاً، والموظفون جميعهم في قمة الاحترام والأدب والتعاون، ودائماً تجد الابتسامة وحسن التعامل في كل مكان. الغرف مريحة ومرتبة والنظافة ممتازة، مع اهتمام واضح بالتفاصيل وجودة الخدمة. أجواء المنتجع هادئة ومريحة جداً ومناسبة للاسترخاء، والموقع على البحر يعطي المكان جمالاً إضافياً وإطلالات رائعة. المطعم كان من الأشياء المميزة في المنتجع، تنوع جيد في الأكل، جودة ممتازة، وترتيب ونظافة واضحة، بالإضافة إلى الخدمة الراقية من العاملين. المسبح جميل جداً ونظيف ومناسب للاسترخاء، والمنطقة المحيطة به مرتبة ومريحة. كذلك الشاطئ وأجواء المنتجع بشكل عام تجعل الإقامة ممتعة وهادئة. أكثر ما أعجبنا هو مستوى الضيافة وحسن أخلاق العاملين، فقد كانوا حريصين على راحة النزلاء طوال الوقت ويقدمون المساعدة بكل احترام واحترافية. من أفضل المنتجعات التي أقمنا فيها في سريلانكا، وننصح به بكل ثقة للعائلات والأزواج وكل من يبحث عن الراحة والنظافة والخدمة الممتازة. بالتأكيد يستحق 5 نجوم وسنكون سعداء بالعودة إليه مرة أخرى

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pandanus Beach Resort & Spa, Induruwa, as we celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary. ❤️ The property was beautiful, relaxing, and incredibly welcoming. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make our stay truly special and memorable. The breakfast was delicious, with an amazing variety of food and beverages. A special thank you to Denuwan, the Restaurant Manager, and his wonderful team, Pinupa and Sudesh, for their excellent service and hospitality. We would also like to sincerely thank the reception team—Chathuri, Raveesha, Lakshan, and Kavindu—for planning and arranging everything so thoughtfully and making our anniversary celebration even more memorable. I stayed at the Pandanus Beach Resort last week, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. A special thanks to Ms. Nayomi for her assistance with all the arrangements, and to Receptionist Pasindu and the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a breathtaking sea view. We also appreciate our room attendant for keeping the room spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. The restaurant provided a peaceful dining atmosphere, and the food was excellent with great variety and quality. Special thanks to Chef Sachintha from the pastry section for the delicious desserts and pastries. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning in the future.
