Had a wonderful one-night stay here. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and there are two swimming pools to enjoy. The beachfront is wide and stunning, making it a perfect place to relax. The Front Office staff and bellboys were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. What I loved most was the breakfast. There was an amazing variety of food to choose from. Unfortunately, I didn’t take any photos because I was too busy enjoying everything! It’s a pity that we visited during the rainy season, so the sea wasn’t at its best. However, even with just one night here, we had a fantastic experience. I would definitely love to come back again in the future. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast offered a good variety of delicious food, and the coffee at the restaurant was excellent. The beachfront atmosphere was beautiful, and the children really enjoyed the swimming pool. Most importantly, all the staff were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. We had a wonderful stay and were truly impressed! 🥰

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 This review is not sponsored in any way. I paid for my entire stay myself, received nothing for free, and nobody asked me to write this. These are simply my honest thoughts after spending 9 nights at this hotel. Originally, we only booked 4 nights, but we loved it so much that we extended our stay to 9 nights. That alone says everything. This hotel honestly felt like home. The biggest reason was the staff. From the bell staff, front desk team, housekeeping, and restaurant staff—everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. Every day we were greeted with genuine smiles, and they made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. If I could give more than 5 stars for the service, I absolutely would. They deserve 10 stars. The room was spotless. The towels smelled fresh, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the bedding felt clean every night, and the bathroom was always immaculate. After staying at another hotel before coming here, I really appreciated how clean everything was. It made a huge difference. The food was another surprise. I almost skipped eating at the hotel because I saw the restaurant only had a 3.9 rating, and honestly, that rating doesn’t reflect my experience at all. Breakfast was excellent every single morning. We also had dinner at the hotel several times, and every meal was delicious. Yes, the prices are a little higher than some local restaurants, but not by much, and the quality easily justifies the price. Another thing I really loved was the gym. It’s equipped with Technogym machines, which are among the best fitness equipment brands available. The gym was clean, modern, well maintained, and had everything I needed to continue my workouts during the trip. It was a big bonus for me. Even though the hotel had plenty of guests, it never felt crowded. We never had to fight for sun loungers by the pool, never had trouble finding space to swim, and never had to wait for a table at breakfast. The hotel clearly knows how to manage a full house while still making guests feel relaxed and comfortable. If I ever come back to Khao Lak, I won’t even look for another hotel. I’ll stay here again without hesitation. Thank you to every member of the team for making our stay so memorable. Thank you for your kindness, your hard work, and for making us feel genuinely welcome from the first day until the last. We’ll definitely be back. ❤️

Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. I stayed in the base room, which was ground floor, main building but it was excellent. The hotel grounds elegantly blend classic Thai style architecture with upgraded modern amenities. It’s also perfectly situated on a gorgeous beach walking distance to the main town. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, went above and beyond to address our needs. The food was also delicious, and I especially loved the game room. I’ve stayed at many top hotels around the world and I can’t imagine anyone being disappointed staying here.

I loved everything about this hotel from start to finish. The staff is always there whenever you need help, and all the facilities are excellent. There are two large swimming pools and even a games café. I’m really impressed and would highly recommend this place 👍🏻

Wunderbares Hotel, ruhig und Stilvoll. Nach anfänglichen Problemen mit der Klimaanlage bekamen wir am nächsten Tag ein neues Zimmer. Es werden hier alle Wünsche erfüllt. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind immer offen für Anregungen. Jan von der Rezeption ( spricht deutsch) ist dabei natürlich eine sehr große Hilfe. Das Personal im Restaurant ist super freundlich und immer gut gelaunt. Das Essen zum Frühstück ist wunderbar abwechslungsreich, von Europäisch bis Asiatisch ist alles dabei was man möchte. Der Kaffee schmeckt hervorragend und wird frisch an der Siebträgermaschiene zubereitet. Der junge Standboy ist super lieb und immer freundlich( der ältere Kollege am Strand leider nicht). Die gesamte Anlage macht einen sehr guten Eindruck und wird sehr gepflegt. Es gibt immer und zu jeder Zeit genug Liegen und Schirme am Strand und am Pool. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Getränkepreise könnten ein bisschen günstiger sein dann würden mehr Gäste im Hotel etwas trinken und sich nicht alles von außerhalb holen ( evtl. eine zubuchbare Getränke Flat einführen nur für Getränke ohne Alkohol z.B.) Taxi kann man sich zum Hotel bestellen lassen, kostet nicht mehr als draußen. Für uns ist es ein perfekter Urlaub. Tausend Dank an das komplette Team im La Solaya 🫶
