I stayed at this hotel for two nights as a solo traveler, and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe and comfortable. The hotel provides a very secure environment, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. The buffet meals were excellent, with a good variety of delicious food at both breakfast and dinner. Overall, I had a relaxing and memorable stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for solo travelers.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Dikwell Resort & Spa with our family and friends. We booked the Family Room, which was very spacious and thoughtfully designed. It had two large beds, with the second bed located in a cozy attic area that the kids absolutely loved. The room also included a locker and minibar, making our stay even more comfortable. The resort’s location is simply stunning. It’s situated on a small cape-like area, offering breathtaking almost 360-degree views of the ocean. The rooms are well spread out rather than packed together, giving guests a good sense of privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. The buffet had a good variety of dishes, and everything we tried was delicious. Although the swimming pool is a bit on the smaller side, it was still enjoyable and never felt overcrowded. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond to any request, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and would highly recommend Dikwell Resort & Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing family getaway. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for one night as a group and had a wonderful experience. The location is beautiful, with stunning scenery and an amazing swimming pool overlooking the beach, offering breathtaking views. The room was excellent. We stayed in one of the Duplex Rooms, which was spacious, comfortable, and impressive. Overall, the staff were very friendly and attentive. I would especially like to thank Mr. Nadun (Assistant Front Office Manager) for his outstanding service and hospitality. Special thanks also go to Ms. Randi and Ms. Sashini for their excellent service and warm assistance throughout our stay. We truly appreciate the hospitality extended by all the staff members and would like to thank everyone for making our stay memorable. We look forward to visiting Dickwella Resort & Spa again in the future and highly recommend it to others.

While this hotel boasts a superb beach location, the overall experience was let down by poor management and sub-par food. The front office staff, in particular, lack proper service quality. On a positive note, the lower-level staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Additionally, parents should note that the beds are exceptionally high, which poses a safety risk for young children. I strongly recommend that the hotel improves its service standards.

The stay was pleasant overall, mainly because of the location. The hotel is conveniently located on the main road and not somewhere isolated in between the jungle, which made commuting very easy. The ocean view from the property was genuinely beautiful and definitely one of the best parts of the stay. However, there were quite a few downsides that made the experience feel underwhelming for the price paid. The service was extremely slow throughout our stay, and the in-house dining was disappointing. The food was not good at all and felt heavily overpriced for the quality being served. Even the breakfast buffet had very limited options, and the fruits did not feel fresh either. Talking about the rooms, they were surprisingly very small and had an unpleasant smell. The washrooms were also tiny and not very comfortable. Considering the pricing, I honestly expected much better in terms of room quality, food, and overall hospitality. The location and view are definitely the strongest positives, but apart from that, the experience did not really justify the price.

Excellent stay at Dickwella Resort & Spa. Very friendly and welcoming staff with excellent service throughout the stay. Every staff member always had a smile, which made the experience even more special and comfortable. The location is absolutely amazing with beautiful ocean views all around the resort. The pool area was superb, especially with the stunning sea view and relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant area view was also breathtaking and made every meal more enjoyable. Food was delicious, and the breakfast buffet deserves a special mention for its great variety and quality. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway
