I would say it’s a - (minus) 4 stars hotel. My wife and I spent 800€ for 3 nights thinking it will make our honeymoon trip better but unfortunately it was ruined after an amazing 5 days in Phuket. 1. We got almost the last room in the resort in term of distance to the restaurant and facilities. 2. Room balcony and outside shower full of lizard that made them useless 3. Room smells disgusting We don’t know how we gonna spend this night but the good thing is that we are leaving this hotel tomorrow and going to another one even though they will charge us 2 nights instead of 1 . If you wanna enjoy your holidays I recommend that you don’t book this hotel.

I am still staying at this place. All together I stayed 3 weeks. Look the top part of the resort which private pool rooms the place its self is bit run down from outside. Some rooms are really great but unfortunately my one had some strong smell. The staff changed me very efficiently. The second room they changed me was all ok and no smell but unfortunately I had no lights in the bathroom. Also the lights kept switching off and on especially in the morning. There was lot of storm and it's the island so I guess u cant expect perfection for the price of the room with the pool. The benefit of staying on the top of the resort which is buggy ride available any time of the day is u get your own private pool so u can swimm any time of the day or night. You also near sunset bar which is amazing view from the top with the pool and amazing nature. The only thing in sunset bar I wish it had bit of nice ambiance music and advertised more to other guests so it gets used alot more. They have happy hour only for 1 hour so maybe should be at least 2 hours. Also sunset bar doesn't have dinner service but u can order room service. Its a shame because having nice views there should be dinner service with some nice light music. It should be used as more of fine dining restaurant with tradional Thai cousins. Also i used their spa services and i can tell you its the most beautiful feeling when you come out after the masage. I usually have aroma massage and its next level of servuce. After a week I was moved to rooms right on the beach. In the room u got 1 large bed and u can fit cot. So it would be comfortable for 2 adults and maybe. Not more then that. In the room you get free mini bar during your stay. The room itself is much more nicer more newer and more comfortable to stay and u feel like u are not alone in tne resort compare to the top of the resort but once again I am coming to thailand in off season so it's low occupancy. The resort it's self on the main entrance where u arrive has number of pools. The pools it's self is amazing. The gym is very old and small and equipments are old but it does the job. The best experience for me and I came here for the wellness is my personal trainer Sunny. Very great personal trainer. Very friendly and kind and I would recommend you have a personal training with him. Even if u don't like exercising. He creates lot of fun. You can do Muay Thai boxing, run or walk to the village or kayaking to the village which is 6km. He also has amazing Thai yoga which is bit challenging even for me. Now their restaurants and breakfast area. Tne breakfast its self is not the best. Its simple but its not wou factor. I kept going to the resort few doors down called Outrigger and for extra 150 baht u get amazing breakfast at Ourigger. The dinner service is ok. Great few choices. The service is self and staff is always amazing experience. I always say Thailand and people who always strive to deliver warm with heart service and with smile makes it always extra special. Their attention to detail is exceptional. This is my 5th time in Thailand and I will always come back because of people and their warm friendly ans kind service regardless of accommodation. I always say if I come to your place to dine or have a coffee I come because I want to feel welcomed and wanted. I am visiting your place. This is where Thailand and its people does so well. See you can pay 5 euros in Europe and u don't even get smile in lot of places or you can come to Thailand and spend less which is not about price but u get to feel like are very welcomed and wanted. Always with smile which is free for all people.

We really liked Phi Phi Holiday Resort overall. The property is very nice, and the ocean-view bungalows are amazing — they are practically in the ocean. The food was good, and we really appreciated the kind gesture of providing free food to children. The main downside was the beach. It was quite dirty, and it didn’t seem like much effort was being made to clean it. Since the beach is the main reason people choose this hotel, it really needs better maintenance. With a clean beach, this place would be excellent.

ทริปนี้ประทับใจมากกับการเข้าพักที่ Phi Phi Holiday Resort 🌴 ตั้งแต่ก้าวแรกที่มาถึง พนักงานต้อนรับดูแลดีมาก น่ารัก อบอุ่น และเป็นกันเอง คอยช่วยเหลือทุกอย่าง ทำให้รู้สึกเหมือนมาพักผ่อนบ้านเพื่อนเลยครับ บรรยากาศของโรงแรมเงียบสงบ เหมาะกับการพักผ่อนสุด ๆ โดยเฉพาะวิวพระอาทิตย์ตกหน้าโรงแรมคือสวยมาก 🌅 มองแล้วรู้สึกผ่อนคลายและประทับใจสุด ๆ อีกอย่างที่ชอบมากคืออาหาร อร่อยทุกมื้อ วัตถุดิบสด รสชาติดี มีให้เลือกหลากหลายครับ โดยรวมถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งที่พักที่อยากกลับไปซ้ำอีกแน่นอน ทั้งบริการ บรรยากาศ และวิวทะเลที่สวยเกินบรรยาย ❤️

We deliberately chose this hotel that is isolated from the crowd (ton sai and ibiza), and for a room with beach access. We were not disappointed in either regard. The beach and sea were absolutely stunning! The hotel itself is situated on the northern tip the island Phi Phi Don, and it is large enough to have access to both views to the east and the west, so you can expect extraordinary island sunrises and sunsets with infinity pools. The resort itself is kind of a mix. We got upgraded to the honeymoon suite, which is essentially the only bungalow sitting on the sandy beach. It is situated at the center of all the beach front bungalows, so it is exposed instead of private. Further, guests and locals were walking on the beach in front of our veranda, which was not the most relaxing of experiences. The hotel facility was aged and rather basic, and the food, while great, was rather inconsistent in taste and presentation. There were quite a few friendly cats roaming the property and were well attended to by the staff. There were also geckos and larger lizards around, as well as other varieties of endemic life. In terms of service, the staff attended to our needs, be it buggy transport or cleaning requests, and the restaurant team were friendly and prepared. The reception and concierge were good, too. My girlfriend left her phone at the property, and the resort was kind enough to arrange a courier to have it delivered to our Phuket hotel the next day-at a price, of course. Overall, the experience was a positive one, and we appreciate the hotel staff for taking good care of us.

We’ve now stayed at this resort twice and can honestly say the service is amazing every single time. On our first visit we stayed in the ocean villa with pool, which was absolutely incredible. This time we stayed in the sunset studio, but then requested to move to the garden bungalow which they were happy to accomodate as it was nice to be near the beach and it was just as good in a completely different way. The staff are all so friendly, welcoming and attentive — they really make the experience special. The beach is insane, very quiet and surreal. Highly recommend and we already can’t wait to come back again!
